TLM鈦合金在冷壓縮和熱壓縮條件下形變機(jī)理和組織演變規(guī)律研究(英文)

【摘要】:研究了在應(yīng)變速率0.001 s-1條件下,TLM鈦合金在室溫壓縮和850℃熱壓縮的形變機(jī)理和組織演變規(guī)律。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:TLM鈦合金在冷壓縮和熱壓縮條件下具有不同的形變機(jī)理和組織演變規(guī)律。在冷壓縮過程中,TLM鈦合金的形變特征主要是孿生、應(yīng)力誘發(fā)馬氏體轉(zhuǎn)變及位錯(cuò)滑移;在850℃熱壓縮過程中,TLM鈦合金的形變機(jī)理主要是位錯(cuò)滑移、動(dòng)態(tài)回復(fù)和動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶。在熱壓縮過程中,流變應(yīng)力的軟化過程與壓縮過程中的動(dòng)態(tài)回復(fù)和動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶有關(guān)。TLM鈦合金在冷壓縮和熱壓縮條件下的抗壓縮強(qiáng)度分別為975和40 MPa;相比冷壓縮強(qiáng)度,TLM合金在850℃條件下的熱抗壓縮強(qiáng)度降低了96%。
[Abstract]:The deformation mechanism and microstructure evolution of TLM titanium alloy under room temperature compression and hot compression at 850C were studied at strain rate of 0.001 s ~ (-1). The experimental results show that TLM titanium alloy has different deformation mechanism and microstructure evolution law under cold compression and hot compression. During cold compression, the deformation characteristics of TLM titanium alloy are mainly twinning, stress induced martensite transformation and dislocation slip, and the deformation mechanism of TLM titanium alloy is mainly dislocation slip, dynamic recovery and dynamic recrystallization during hot compression at 850 鈩,
