異形管材分流模擠壓焊合過程金屬流變及模具受力的模擬分析

【摘要】:針對(duì)采用有限元模擬時(shí)焊合面不能設(shè)置為剛性對(duì)稱面的空心型材,其焊合過程不能模擬計(jì)算的問題,提出了基于有限元法結(jié)合逆向工程技術(shù)的焊合面網(wǎng)格重構(gòu)技術(shù)的解決方法,并采用該方法對(duì)異形管材分流模擠壓的焊合過程進(jìn)行了模擬分析.研究結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)擠壓行程為33.1 mm時(shí)完成了焊合,焊合溫度范圍477~496℃,焊合室內(nèi)靜水壓力為169~3 463 MPa,滿足焊合要求;分流橋的焊合角部位所受應(yīng)力最大,約為205 MPa.模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)合理.
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the welding joint can not be set as a rigid symmetric surface and the welding process can not be simulated by finite element simulation, a method of mesh reconstruction of welding joint based on finite element method and reverse engineering technology is proposed. This method is used to simulate and analyze the welding process of the extrusion of special-shaped pipe shunt die.
