熱鍍鋅鋼上鈰鹽轉(zhuǎn)化膜在含Cl-介質(zhì)中的耐蝕性

【摘要】:將熱浸鍍鋅鋼浸漬在20 g·L~(-1)Ce(NO_3)_3·6H_2O溶液(pH=4,25℃)中10s~24 h,制備了鈰鹽轉(zhuǎn)化膜試樣。通過中性鹽霧和鹽水浸泡試驗評價了轉(zhuǎn)化膜在含Cl~-介質(zhì)中的耐蝕性能。采用掃描電鏡和X射線衍射能譜研究了轉(zhuǎn)化膜的形貌和物相結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)果表明,鈰鹽轉(zhuǎn)化膜能顯著推遲熱浸鍍鋅層出現(xiàn)白銹的時間;隨成膜時間的延長,轉(zhuǎn)化膜的耐蝕性能先增加后下降;當(dāng)成膜時間為30~60 min時,轉(zhuǎn)化膜的耐蝕性能最佳。鈰鹽轉(zhuǎn)化膜主要由非晶態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)的ZnO和CeO_2組成,在腐蝕介質(zhì)中不易形成腐蝕微電池。
