陰極等離子電解大面積沉積彌散Pt微粒增韌8YSZ熱障涂層
[Abstract]:A layer of Ni Co Cr Al Y bonding layer was prepared on the surface of superalloy by atmospheric plasma sprayed (APS), and then a layer of 8YSZ coating with dispersed Pt particles was prepared by cathodic plasma electrodeposition of (CPED). By adding ceramic beads into the electrolyte, uniform plasma arc discharge occurred on the cathode surface, and the 8YSZ coating was deposited on a large area of samples. The thickness of the coating is up to 120 渭 m, and the coating has porous structure. The coating is composed of cubic phase, tetragonal phase 8YSZ and Pt. The results of air cycling oxidation show that with the increase of Pt content in the coating, The toughening effect of Pt particles on 8YSZ coating is that the plastic deformation absorbs the energy of crack propagation, passivates the crack tip and reduces the crack size. The critical fracture stress of the coating is increased.
