振動時效去除鋁合金鍛件殘余應(yīng)力效果的研究

【摘要】:7A04鋁合金鍛件經(jīng)粗加工后,分別采用振動時效方式和熱處理方式去除殘余應(yīng)力。采用X射線衍射檢測了兩種方式處理前后鍛件的內(nèi)部殘余應(yīng)力。結(jié)果表明:振動時效對殘余應(yīng)力去除率最高為89%,熱處理對殘余應(yīng)力去除率為94%。在工藝參數(shù)和激振點位置合適的情況下,振動時效對鍛件的殘余應(yīng)力去除的效果接近于熱處理的效果。
[Abstract]:The residual stress of 7A04 aluminum alloy forgings was removed by vibration aging and heat treatment after rough machining. The internal residual stresses of forgings before and after treatment were measured by X-ray diffraction. The results show that the maximum removal rate of residual stress by vibration aging is 89 and the removal rate of residual stress by heat treatment is 94. The effect of vibration aging on the removal of residual stress of forgings is close to that of heat treatment when the process parameters and the position of excitation point are suitable.
