【摘要】：織針對針坯的沖裁質(zhì)量要求極高。模具的結(jié)構(gòu)及凸凹模間隙對沖裁件的尺寸精度和斷面質(zhì)量有著至關(guān)重要的影響。為了提高針坯的沖裁質(zhì)量,分析了織針的沖坯工藝,利用Deform有限元軟件預(yù)測最佳的凸凹模間隙值,在普通沖裁模具的基礎(chǔ)上,采用了小間隙圓角刃口結(jié)構(gòu),增加了內(nèi)導(dǎo)柱和彈性反頂裝置,設(shè)計了一套精密的光潔沖裁模具。該模具沖出的針坯尺寸精度高,錐度從原來的13.5°下降至2.1°;沖裁斷面質(zhì)量好,光亮帶比例從19.6%增加至79.7%,斷裂帶比例從74.7%減少至14.1%,實現(xiàn)了針坯的光潔沖裁。
[Abstract]:The quality of punching for needle blanks is very high. The structure of die and the clearance between convex and concave die have important influence on dimension accuracy and section quality of blanks. In order to improve the blanking quality of the needle blank, the punching process of the needle is analyzed. The optimum clearance value of the convex and concave die is predicted by using Deform software. On the basis of the common blanking die, the small clearance round corner cutting edge structure is adopted. The inner guide column and the elastic reverse top device are added, and a set of precision smooth punching die is designed. The die has high precision of dimension, taper is reduced from 13.5 擄to 2.1 擄, the quality of blanking section is good, the proportion of bright strip is increased from 19.6% to 79.7%, and the proportion of fracture zone is reduced from 74.7% to 14.1.The smooth blanking of needle blank is realized.
