球化退火工藝對55MnB鋼碳化物球化效果的影響

【摘要】:針對55MnB鋼設計了亞溫退火、等溫球化退火、周期球化退火3種球化退火工藝,通過組織觀察和硬度測定、碳化物電解萃取、XRD物相分析等手段來研究球化退火工藝對55MnB鋼碳化物球化效果的影響規(guī)律。結果表明,亞溫退火的碳化物球化效果不明顯,組織中仍有一些片狀珠光體存在;等溫球化退火和周期球化退火的碳化物球化效果較好,碳化物基本上呈球狀或粒狀彌散分布在鐵素體基體上。在球化退火過程中,碳化物的主要類型為M3C,并且不隨球化退火工藝的改變而改變。
[Abstract]:Three kinds of spheroidizing annealing processes, such as sub-temperature annealing, isothermal spheroidization annealing and periodic spheroidization annealing, were designed for 55MnB steel. The effect of spheroidizing annealing process on the spheroidizing effect of 55MnB steel was studied by means of electrolytic extraction of carbide and phase analysis of XRD. The results show that the spheroidizing effect of the carbides annealed at sub-temperature is not obvious, and there are still some lamellar pearlite in the microstructure, and the spheroidizing effect of the carbides after isothermal spheroidization annealing and periodic spheroidization annealing is better. Carbides are distributed on ferrite matrix in spherical or granular form. In the process of spheroidizing annealing, the main type of carbides is M _ 3C and does not change with the change of spheroidizing process.
