VSR改善鋁合金淬火與焊接殘余應(yīng)力的試驗研究

【摘要】:通過無損應(yīng)力測試技術(shù)分析淬火與焊接兩種熱作用形式下高強鋁合金板的殘余應(yīng)力分布特點及其加工變形潛力,并試驗研究振動時效(VSR)工藝下殘余應(yīng)力松弛特性及其對尺寸穩(wěn)定性的增益作用。結(jié)果表明,不同熱作用下的殘余應(yīng)力分布不同且對尺寸穩(wěn)定性有較大影響,VSR工藝可有效降低并均化板件殘余內(nèi)應(yīng)力,從而提高其抗變形能力,且對尺寸穩(wěn)定性的增益作用優(yōu)于機(jī)械拉伸工藝。
[Abstract]:The characteristics of residual stress distribution and processing deformation potential of high strength aluminum alloy plates under quenching and welding are analyzed by non-destructive stress testing technique. The relaxation characteristics of residual stress and its gain on dimensional stability of (VSR) process under vibration aging are investigated experimentally. The results show that the VSR process can effectively reduce and homogenize the residual internal stress of the plate and improve its deformation resistance. And the gain effect on dimensional stability is better than that of mechanical drawing process.
