金屬板材熱輔助塑性成形理論研究

【摘要】:正金屬板材的熱輔助塑性成形工藝(特別是熱沖壓等)不但能提高金屬板材的成形能力,還可以控制成形后零件的機(jī)械性能,這就與傳統(tǒng)的冷沖壓不同,需要在完成沖壓成形的同時實(shí)現(xiàn)零件機(jī)械性能的控制。然而,目前還沒有一個金屬板的熱輔助成形塑性理論來全面地詮釋這一技術(shù)。本課題
[Abstract]:The thermo-assisted plastic forming process of normal sheet metal (especially hot stamping) can not only improve the forming ability of metal sheet, but also control the mechanical properties of formed parts, which is different from the traditional cold stamping. It is necessary to control the mechanical properties of the parts at the same time when stamping is completed.
