銥脆性的研究進(jìn)展(英文)

【摘要】:由于銥的高熔點(diǎn)、優(yōu)異的高溫強(qiáng)度和抗腐蝕性能,是能夠在極端惡劣條件下使用的唯一金屬。雖然銥具有面心立方晶體結(jié)構(gòu),但它的斷裂模式卻為脆性斷裂(穿晶脆性斷裂和沿晶脆性斷裂的混合斷裂模式)。自從20世紀(jì)60年代人們發(fā)現(xiàn)了銥的異常脆性斷裂行為以來,就展開了大量的研究工作。然而至今,關(guān)于銥的致脆機(jī)制仍未被澄清。本文綜述了銥可能的致脆機(jī)制:雜質(zhì)致脆、本征脆性和特殊缺陷結(jié)構(gòu)致脆,討論了銥變形與失效機(jī)制的研究現(xiàn)狀,并對未來研究的重點(diǎn)與手段進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Due to the high melting point of iridium , excellent high - temperature strength and corrosion resistance , it is the only metal that can be used in extremely severe conditions . Although iridium has a surface - centered cubic crystal structure , its fracture pattern is brittle fracture ( brittle fracture and mixed fracture mode along the brittle fracture ) . So far , the brittleness mechanism of iridium has not been clarified . However , the research status of iridium deformation and failure mechanism is discussed in this paper .
