Zr含量對BT25合金等溫鍛件組織及性能的影響

【摘要】:采用金相顯微鏡、掃描電鏡、X射線能譜儀和力學(xué)性能測試等手段,研究了Zr含量對BT25合金等溫鍛件組織及力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:采用兩相區(qū)等溫鍛造工藝及提高Zr含量可促使BT25合金組織金屬流線的形成,抑制了鍛后合金冷卻時(shí)晶界α相的形核及長大,可得到典型的雙態(tài)組織;隨Zr含量增加(由1.65%增加到3.86%),BT25合金在室溫,500、550℃高溫的拉伸強(qiáng)度和熱穩(wěn)定強(qiáng)度分別提高了161、123、96、57 MPa;斷裂韌性由68.9 MPa·m~(1/2)提高至85.5 MPa·m~(1/2)。
[Abstract]:The effect of Zr content on the microstructure and mechanical properties of BT25 alloy isothermal forgings was studied by means of metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope and X-ray energy spectrometer. The results show that two-phase isothermal forging technology and increasing Zr content can promote the formation of metal streamline in BT25 alloy, inhibit the nucleation and growth of grain boundary 偽 phase during cooling of the forged alloy, and obtain typical double structure.
