電場法在7050鋁合金鍛件預制坯設計中的應用

【摘要】:以7050鋁合金鍛件為例,首先利用ANSYS軟件得到等勢線,即預制坯的形狀,與壓機速度、溫度、摩擦因素一起作為參數(shù)變量,把成形載荷、填充率、晶粒尺寸作為目標函數(shù),然后借助Matlab軟件建立參數(shù)變量與目標函數(shù)之間的數(shù)學模型,并利用該軟件中的優(yōu)化模塊對模型進行多目標優(yōu)化,得到最佳參數(shù)組合,即摩擦系數(shù)0.2,壓機速度9.8mm/s,坯料溫度478℃以及等勢線為0.425V時的預制坯形狀.通過有限元模擬,證明了該方法的可行性,不僅得出了鍛件的最佳參數(shù)組合,同時還很好地解決了鍛件成形過程中易出現(xiàn)的缺陷,給復雜類鍛件預制坯的合理設計提供了一種可行的方法.
[Abstract]:Taking 7050 aluminum alloy forgings as an example, the isopotential lines are obtained by using ANSYS software, that is, the shape of preform billet, together with the speed, temperature and friction factors of the press, as parameter variables, taking forming load, filling rate and grain size as objective functions. Then the mathematical model between the parameter variable and the objective function is established by using Matlab software, and the optimal parameter combination is obtained by using the optimization module of the software to optimize the model. The shape of the prefabricated billet is obtained when the friction coefficient is 0.2, the press speed is 9.8 mm / s, the blank temperature is 478 鈩,
