【摘要】:正1傳統(tǒng)測量方法的缺陷高壓電機繞組定子槽楔幾何尺寸復雜、形狀多樣,常用的槽楔圖形如圖1所示。其幾何形狀尺寸能否達到設計要求,直接影響槽楔裝配質量。槽楔的幾何形狀與鐵心槽口不吻合、尺寸過大,槽楔裝配困難,安裝敲打槽楔時用力過猛可能將其打裂損傷,電機運行時,槽楔受熱、磁、電等因素的影響產(chǎn)生松
[Abstract]:The stator slot wedge of the winding of high voltage motor is complicated in geometry and various in shape. The commonly used slot wedge figure is shown in figure 1. Whether the geometric shape and size can meet the design requirements directly affects the assembly quality of slot wedges. The geometric shape of the slot wedge does not coincide with the core groove, the size is too large, the slot wedge is difficult to assemble, the excessive force during the installation of the slot wedge may crack and damage it, and when the motor is running, the slot wedge will be heated, magnetic, electric and other factors will make it loose.
