【摘要】：針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)手持式刮刀刮削操作時(shí)存在的缺點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)出一款氣動(dòng)助力刮刀機(jī),利用氣動(dòng)工作原理代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)刮削方式,將傳統(tǒng)手工刮削時(shí)壓刀、推刀和提刀3個(gè)連貫動(dòng)作改為壓刀、提刀兩個(gè)動(dòng)作,推刀由六角氣缸完成,極大地提高了工作效率、降低了勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,有操作簡(jiǎn)單、結(jié)構(gòu)精巧、外形美觀的特點(diǎn)。詳細(xì)介紹了該夾具的結(jié)構(gòu)、特點(diǎn)及使用方法。
[Abstract]:In view of the shortcomings of the traditional hand-held scraper, a pneumatic power scraper is designed. The pneumatic working principle is used to replace the traditional scraping method, and the three consecutive actions of the traditional hand-scraper, the push knife and the lifting knife, are changed to the pressing knife. The lifting knife is carried out by a hexagonal cylinder, which greatly improves the working efficiency, reduces the labor intensity, has the characteristics of simple operation, exquisite structure and beautiful appearance. The structure, characteristics and usage of the fixture are introduced in detail.
