考慮焊接順序的電力機(jī)車枕梁焊接變形預(yù)測

【摘要】:根據(jù)枕梁實(shí)際建造工藝,利用基于固有應(yīng)變理論為基礎(chǔ)的焊接變形分析系統(tǒng)軟件Weld-Sta對電力機(jī)車枕梁的焊接變形進(jìn)行計(jì)算.首先采用分步裝焊模擬法,單獨(dú)建立每一步的有限元模型,并設(shè)置相對應(yīng)的焊縫,然后對每一步的焊接變形進(jìn)行單獨(dú)計(jì)算,再將各步結(jié)果進(jìn)行疊加得到最終變形結(jié)果.然后采用整體同時(shí)焊接模擬法,一次性計(jì)算整個(gè)模型的所有焊縫同時(shí)焊接后的變形,最后將兩種方法的最終變形結(jié)果與實(shí)測數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行比較.結(jié)果表明,考慮分步焊接的方法更接近實(shí)測數(shù)據(jù),從而驗(yàn)證了該方法的可靠性,為枕梁建造工藝的設(shè)計(jì)提供了理論指導(dǎo).
[Abstract]:According to the actual construction technology of the pillow beam, the welding deformation analysis system software Weld-Sta based on the inherent strain theory is used to calculate the welding deformation of the electric locomotive pillow beam. The finite element model of each step is established separately, and the corresponding weld seam is set up, then the welding deformation of each step is calculated separately, and the final deformation result is obtained by superposing the results of each step. The deformation of all welds of the whole model is calculated at one time. Finally, the final deformation results of the two methods are compared with the measured data. The results show that the method considering step welding is closer to the measured data. The reliability of the method is verified and theoretical guidance is provided for the design of pillow beam construction technology.
