【摘要】：隨著汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,乘用車(chē)鋁合金車(chē)輪作為汽車(chē)的重要安全件,其鑄件的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)受到廣泛關(guān)注。GB/T31203-2014《乘用車(chē)鋁合金車(chē)輪鑄件》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的發(fā)布,規(guī)范了乘用車(chē)鋁合金車(chē)輪鑄件的化學(xué)成分、力學(xué)性能、形狀尺寸及重量、表面及內(nèi)部質(zhì)量等重要指標(biāo),涉及技術(shù)要求、試驗(yàn)方法、檢驗(yàn)規(guī)則以及標(biāo)志、包裝、貯存和運(yùn)輸?shù)确矫�。文中�?duì)上述規(guī)定的由來(lái)、主要理由、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的特點(diǎn)及國(guó)內(nèi)外差異、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)應(yīng)用作了較為詳盡的解釋,適用于《乘用車(chē)鋁合金車(chē)輪鑄件》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的宣貫。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of automobile industry, the aluminum alloy wheel of passenger car as an important safety part of the automobile, the quality standard of its castings has received extensive attention. The standard of aluminum alloy wheel castings for passenger cars has been published widely. The chemical composition, mechanical properties, shape, size and weight, surface and internal quality of passenger car aluminum alloy wheel castings are standardized, including technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, etc. In this paper, the origin, the main reasons, the characteristics of the standard and the differences between domestic and foreign countries are explained in detail, which is applicable to the publicity of the standard "Aluminium Alloy Wheel Castings for passenger cars".
