基于DSP的并聯(lián)式大功率脈沖MIG焊逆變電源系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:針對高效化焊接對增大焊接電流以提高生產(chǎn)效率的要求,提出利用兩臺逆變器并聯(lián)實(shí)現(xiàn)脈沖MIG焊逆變電源的大功率輸出.采用數(shù)字信號處理器TMS320LF2407A構(gòu)建基于DSP的并聯(lián)式大功率脈沖MIG焊數(shù)字化控制系統(tǒng).利用DSP豐富的外設(shè)資源和優(yōu)異的控制性能,實(shí)現(xiàn)單一DSP控制兩臺逆變器,保證了焊接電源的并聯(lián)大功率輸出.結(jié)果表明,所設(shè)計的并聯(lián)式大功率脈沖MIG焊逆變電源能實(shí)現(xiàn)大電流高效化焊接,焊接性能穩(wěn)定,焊縫成形美觀.
[Abstract]:In view of the requirement of high efficiency welding to increase welding current to improve production efficiency, In this paper, two inverters are used in parallel to realize high power output of pulsed MIG welding inverter. Digital signal processor (TMS320LF2407A) is used to construct parallel digital control system of high power pulsed MIG welding based on DSP. The rich peripheral equipment of DSP is used. Resources and excellent control performance, Two inverters are controlled by a single DSP, which ensures the parallel output of the welding power source. The results show that the designed parallel high power pulse MIG welding inverter can realize high current and high efficiency welding, and the welding performance is stable. The weld is beautiful in shape.
