文章摘要:以福建省為研究區(qū)域,縣(市)為研究單元,采用加權(quán)平均旅行時(shí)間指標(biāo),分析公路(區(qū)內(nèi)與區(qū)外聯(lián)系)、鐵路、港口、航空等交通方式及區(qū)域綜合交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)的可達(dá)性空間格局,探討各交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間分布的均衡性。選取制造業(yè)中的28個(gè)行業(yè),從資源集約度角度將其分為資源密集型制造業(yè)、勞動(dòng)密集型制造業(yè)、資本密集型制造業(yè),利用平均集中率測(cè)量產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚度。引入要素稟賦條件、外部性、規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)、制度政策4個(gè)方面13個(gè)變量對(duì)福建制造業(yè)空間分布影響因素進(jìn)行回歸分析。結(jié)果表明:福建省路網(wǎng)可達(dá)性由沿海中部向四周降低,其中公路區(qū)內(nèi)可達(dá)性呈明顯的圈層結(jié)構(gòu),區(qū)外可達(dá)性為"井"字形分布,鐵路、港口和機(jī)場(chǎng)形成以福州、廈門—泉州為可達(dá)性高值區(qū)的馬鞍狀格局,綜合交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)可達(dá)性呈帶狀分布。不同類型的制造業(yè)在空間分布格局上呈現(xiàn)不同的特征,制造業(yè)平均集中率高值區(qū)呈環(huán)狀分布,而制造業(yè)集中率低值區(qū)呈點(diǎn)狀分布,與交通可達(dá)性的"凹陷區(qū)"重合?蛇_(dá)性與制造業(yè)空間集聚呈現(xiàn)很強(qiáng)的相關(guān)性,并且與不同類型制造業(yè)空間集聚相關(guān)程度有所差異,與資源密集型制造業(yè)空間集聚相關(guān)性相對(duì)較低。此外,農(nóng)業(yè)豐裕度、自然資源稟賦、知識(shí)溢出效應(yīng)、相對(duì)企業(yè)規(guī)模等其他變量對(duì)制造業(yè)空間分布也有顯著影響。
Abstr:Focusing on Fujian Province with counties and cities as the basic research units, the study uses weighted average travel time as an indicator to analyze the accessibility patterns of highways within Fujian Province and those between Fujian and other provinces, respectively. Then, with the result of these patterns, the as well as those of railways, ports and civil aviations accessibility patterns of integrated transportation are elaborated. Finally, the proportionality of transportation space distribution is discussed. Basing on classifica- tion method of resources intensive, the selected 28 kinds of manufacturing industries can be classified into re- sources-intensive manufacturing, labor-intensive manufacturing and capital-intensive manufacturing. Then by Average Concentration Rate, industry centralization is calculated. Selecting 13 variables in the aspects of en- dowment factors, external economies, scale economies and policies to do regression analysis of influencing factors on the spatial distribution of manufacturing. The results indicate that: the accessibility of integrated transportation in Fujian Province decreases from the central coastal area to the periphery with the accessibility of highways within Fujian Province presenting an obvious circle structure, and the accessibility of highways between Fujian and other provinces taking the shape of" # ", while railways, ports, and airports form a sad- dle-shaped pattern of high accessibility around Fuzhou-Xiamen-Quanzhou area. The integrated transportation net shows a zonal distribution.
