    前言：針對我國道路交通安全形勢日益嚴(yán)峻的現(xiàn)狀,在分析我國城市道路交通安全特點的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了我國道路交通安全現(xiàn)狀及其危害,分析了道路交通事故的主要特征和交通事故的生成過程,提出了道路交通事故預(yù)防和控制手段,為進一步確立交通安全保障措施提供了科學(xué)依據(jù)。
