建立地理信息系統(tǒng)和層次分析過程選擇鐵路線項目的最佳路徑管理鐵路固定設(shè)施

  為了滿足阿爾及利亞不斷增長的乘客出行需求,當?shù)卣媱澩ㄟ^幾個城市建設(shè)一條速度為220公里/小時且距離SAIDA和ELBAYADH之間200公里的新鐵路。這個研究主題的選擇主要是由于政府一直對鐵路及其問題感興趣,其中最重要的是創(chuàng)建,組織和管理鐵路網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)庫。研究問題是如何在鐵路線SAIDA-ELBAYEDH上選擇這三條可變路徑之間的最佳路徑,因此,使用AHP過程來定義七個評估標準所采用的最優(yōu)路徑:如一致性,可達性,列車運行效率,可施工性,環(huán)境因素,維護和工程成本,因此,根據(jù)每個變量的性能等級,我們提供最有效和最便捷的路線,在我們獲得最佳路線后,我們必須在所選擇的路徑上實施所有鐵路固定設(shè)施利用GIS通過DBMS關(guān)系(圖形數(shù)據(jù),屬性數(shù)據(jù))管理這些設(shè)施,最后利用MapInfo軟件創(chuàng)建物理數(shù)據(jù)模型,建立新鐵路線規(guī)劃的地理信息系統(tǒng)。這項工作是反思過程的一部分,旨在豐富對有關(guān)計劃路線實現(xiàn)的數(shù)據(jù)規(guī)劃過程的理解;它旨在提出一種基于多標準層次分析方法和地理信息系統(tǒng)相結(jié)合的模型。通過使用多標準層次分析方法包含的方法,采用的方法強調(diào)使用SAIDA-ELBAYEDH計劃鐵路線上的數(shù)據(jù)來選擇最佳路線,這是確保實...
