阿爾及利亞鐵路運輸機車配置優(yōu)化研究

阿爾及利亞運輸系統(tǒng)由公路、鐵路和海運等各種運輸方式組成。近年來,由于人口、農(nóng)業(yè)、礦業(yè)及工業(yè)活動的不斷發(fā)展,鐵路逐漸在沿海港口及主要城市的貨物運輸中扮演著重要的角色。目前,在鐵路運輸中還面臨著許多問題,如機車分配問題。并且運輸公司已經(jīng)逐漸意識到組織優(yōu)化方法在提升運輸效率方面的重要作用。本論文的研究目標(biāo)是:尋找并運用合理的數(shù)學(xué)模型研究鐵路貨物運輸中的機車分配問題,從而在有限的機車資源條件下,使線路的運輸能力最大。面對各種運輸難題,國家鐵路運輸公司憑借其豐富的經(jīng)驗,滿足了全國大部分的運輸需求。隨著運輸市場的不斷發(fā)展和擴(kuò)大,運輸方式的多樣性及不確定性,促使鐵路運輸部門采取相應(yīng)的措施,以使鐵路運輸效益最大化。為了鐵路企業(yè)的發(fā)展,決策者需要從眾多的可選方案中選取最優(yōu)方案。同時,為了企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,公司需要制定鐵路運輸?shù)闹虚L期發(fā)展規(guī)劃,從而實現(xiàn)貨物運輸中各運輸設(shè)備的優(yōu)化管理。本文研究鐵路運輸中的機車分配問題如下:基于各貨物的運輸需求和各列車的運輸線路,在確定的機車資源配置條件下,采取最優(yōu)的分配方法將各機車分配至鐵路列車中,以使鐵路線路的運輸能力最大化,進(jìn)而高效地完成貨物運輸任務(wù)。本文構(gòu)建“多元線性...
