砂粒式改性瀝青混合料的性能與應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:課題組結(jié)合國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,通過使用砂粒式改性瀝青混合料來防治半剛性基層路面反射裂縫。在瀝青路面礦質(zhì)石料選取上,國內(nèi)道路工作者大多選用玄武巖等分布不均、價格越來越昂貴且儲量有限的石料應(yīng)用于工程實際,課題組考慮到工程造價和將來技術(shù)推廣少受地域限制,決定選用價格低廉、易于獲得且現(xiàn)有儲量大的石灰?guī)r經(jīng)料場加工打碎制得3-6粗集料、0-3細集料和礦粉作為本項目的礦質(zhì)石料用于研究,且通過室內(nèi)試驗得到的三檔集料各篩孔粒徑質(zhì)量通過百分率和主要技術(shù)性能指標(biāo)的結(jié)果表明石灰?guī)r集料完全能夠用于砂粒式改性瀝青混合料用來防治半剛性基層路面反射裂縫。在改性瀝青的選用上,課題組考慮到半剛性基層路面防治反射裂縫并沒有舊水泥路面加鋪應(yīng)力吸收層對改性瀝青要求高這一工程實際,自行制備了在90#石油基質(zhì)瀝青中外摻20%的60目輪胎膠粉的膠粉改性瀝青,并對90#石油瀝青、膠粉改性瀝青和新加坡埃索SBS成品改性瀝青的三大指標(biāo)等瀝青主要技術(shù)性質(zhì)進行了測定,結(jié)果表明膠粉改性瀝青和新加坡埃索SBS成品改性瀝青的技術(shù)性質(zhì)都能滿足砂粒式改性瀝青混合料防治半剛性基層路面反射裂縫對改性瀝青的要求,但考慮到膠粉改性瀝青摻入輪胎膠粉較多,技術(shù)性質(zhì)卻跟SBS成品改性瀝青相差無幾,且生產(chǎn)膠粉改性瀝青還需投入資金進行生產(chǎn)設(shè)備建設(shè),課題組最終選用工程中易于得到、價格相對便宜且技術(shù)性質(zhì)較高的新加坡埃索SBS成品改性瀝青作為砂粒式改性瀝青混合料的瀝青原材料。隨后課題組對砂粒式改性瀝青混合料進行了配合比設(shè)計,通過分析國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)行瀝青混合料配合比設(shè)計方法結(jié)合砂粒式改性瀝青混合料礦質(zhì)石料細、礦粉占重大(2%-6%)、空隙率低(1%-2.5%)和油石比大(9.0%左右)的實際特點,本著在混合料空隙率滿足要求的條件下使礦質(zhì)集料的合成級配曲線盡可能離最大密度曲線遠來確定各檔集料的配合用量。最佳瀝青用量的確定時,課題組采用現(xiàn)行使用廣泛且相關(guān)經(jīng)驗較多的馬歇爾試驗配合比設(shè)計方法來確定,而對混合料的最大理論相對密度使用規(guī)范推薦的計算公式進行計算。最終確定集料配合成分為3-6:0-3:礦粉為28:69:3,最佳油石比為9.2%。在對砂粒式改性瀝青混合料進行配合比設(shè)計確定礦料級配組成和最佳瀝青用量后,課題組又對砂粒式改性瀝青混合料的各項路用性能進行了試驗分析并修筑了試驗路用于長期觀測防治反射裂縫的效果。
[Abstract]:Combined with the research status at home and abroad, the research group uses sand modified asphalt mixture to prevent and control reflection cracks of semi-rigid base pavement. In the selection of mineral stone materials for asphalt pavement, most of the domestic road workers choose basalt and so on, and the stone materials with more and more expensive and limited reserves are used in engineering practice. Considering that the cost of the project and the promotion of technology in the future are less limited by the region, the research group decided to choose the limestone with low price, easy to obtain and the existing reserves are processed and crushed to produce 3 / 6 coarse aggregate. 0 / 3 fine aggregate and mineral powder are used as mineral stone materials of this project, and the results of particle size quality passing percentage and main technical performance index of each screen hole of the third grade aggregate obtained by laboratory test show that limestone aggregate can be used in sand modified asphalt mixture to prevent reflection crack of semi-rigid base pavement. In the selection of modified asphalt, considering that the prevention and control of reflective cracks on semi-rigid base pavement does not require high requirements for modified asphalt by adding stress absorption layer to the old cement pavement, the modified asphalt with 60 mesh tire rubber powder mixed with 20% tire rubber powder in 90 # petroleum matrix asphalt has been prepared by itself, and the 90 # petroleum asphalt has been prepared by itself, and the modified asphalt with 60 mesh tire rubber powder at home and abroad has been prepared by the research group, taking into account that there is no high requirement for modified asphalt by adding stress absorption layer to the old cement pavement. The main technical properties of modified asphalt such as rubber powder modified asphalt and Singapore Esso SBS finished product modified asphalt were determined. the results show that the technical properties of rubber powder modified asphalt and Singapore Esso SBS finished product modified asphalt can meet the requirements of sand modified asphalt mixture for preventing reflective cracks in semi-rigid base pavement, but considering that there are more rubber powder modified asphalt mixed with tire rubber powder. However, the technical properties are similar to those of SBS modified asphalt, and the production of rubber powder modified asphalt still needs to be invested in the construction of production equipment. Finally, the research group selected Singapore Esso SBS finished modified asphalt, which is easy to be obtained in the project, which is relatively cheap and has high technical properties, as the asphalt raw material of sand modified asphalt mixture.
