液壓夯實補強技術(shù)在高速公路臺背回填中的研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:為了解決橋頭跳車問題,武漢西四環(huán)線高速公路項目在橋涵臺背回填完成后,對橋頭及明涵臺背進行了高速液壓夯實補強。分析了產(chǎn)生橋涵臺背回填質(zhì)量問題的原因,闡述了高速液壓夯實機工作原理,介紹了液壓夯實工藝以及在本項目臺背回填中的應(yīng)用。得出了通過液壓夯實補強,能提高臺背回填的壓實度,進一步消除工后沉降,降低高速公路運營過程中橋頭跳車問題的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of vehicle jump at bridgehead, the high speed hydraulic tamping reinforcement of bridge head and Ming culvert platform was carried out after the backfilling of bridge and culvert platform was completed in Wuhan West fourth Ring Road Expressway project. This paper analyzes on the causes of the quality problems of backfilling on the back of bridge and culvert, expounds the working principle of high speed hydraulic tamping machine, and introduces the hydraulic compaction technology and its application in the backfilling of this project. It is concluded that hydraulic compaction can improve the compactness of backfilling, further eliminate post-construction settlement and reduce the problem of bridge head jump in the process of expressway operation.
