試件成型溫度對溫拌路面磨耗層瀝青混合料結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計參數(shù)的影響

【摘要】:通過對添加不同溫拌劑的NovaChip○R Type C半開級配超薄磨耗層瀝青混合料進行試驗,對比分析了不同試件成型溫度對溫拌路面磨耗層瀝青混合料結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計參數(shù)的影響。試驗結(jié)果分析顯示:無論是添加Sasobit○R溫拌劑還是EvothermTM溫拌劑,NovaChip○R Type C型瀝青混合料的抗壓回彈模量均隨著試件成型溫度的降低呈現(xiàn)先增大后減少的趨勢;給定同一類型溫拌劑,NovaChip○R Type C型瀝青混合料15℃劈裂抗拉強度隨著試件成型溫度的降低而呈現(xiàn)先增大后減小的趨勢;對試件給定同一溫度,添加Sasobit○R溫拌劑時15℃劈裂抗拉強度值較大,但是與添加EvothermTM溫拌劑時的值相差不大。
[Abstract]:Through the test of NovaChip0R Type C semi-open graded ultra-thin wear layer asphalt mixture with different warm mixing agents, the influence of different specimen forming temperature on the structural design parameters of asphalt mixture in warm mix pavement wear layer is compared and analyzed. The test results show that the compressive resilience modulus of NovaChip0R Type C asphalt mixture increases at first and then decreases with the decrease of molding temperature, whether Sasobit0R warm mixing agent or EvothermTM warm mixing agent is added.
