多地區(qū)重載交通下裝配式簡支T梁橋響應(yīng)特征研究及安全評價

【摘要】:近年來,超重車導(dǎo)致橋梁垮塌事故時有發(fā)生,重載交通在橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)上行駛時,對橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的使用性能和耐久性造成非常重大的影響。中小跨徑橋梁在高速公路橋梁中占了很大一部分比重,因此研究中小跨徑橋梁在特重車作用下橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的動力響應(yīng)具有非常重要的意義。本文基于三個不同地區(qū)長期監(jiān)測的交通荷載信息,利用課題組自行研發(fā)的BDANS橋梁計算軟件中的隨機車流-橋梁耦合振動分析模塊計算了高速公路常見的5座裝配式預(yù)應(yīng)力簡支T梁橋的內(nèi)力效應(yīng),并基于實測數(shù)據(jù)和響應(yīng)分析結(jié)果對重載交通下簡支T梁橋的安全性進(jìn)行評價。 主要研究內(nèi)容如下: 1、利用安裝于測試橋梁橋頭位置處的健康監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)采集交通荷載數(shù)據(jù),,包括車型、車重、軸重、車速、車長及車輛橫向行駛位置等。定義并提取了特重車交通荷載工況,分析了實際交通流荷載工況的行車特點,討論了實際交通與橋梁設(shè)計荷載之間的關(guān)系。 2、根據(jù)2006年交通部制定的《公路橋涵通用圖-裝配式預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土T梁橋(簡支體系)上部構(gòu)造》建立5種跨徑的公路橋梁中常見裝配式預(yù)應(yīng)力簡支T梁橋的有限元模型,跨徑包括20m、25m、30m、35m和40m。計算中美英歐四種規(guī)范設(shè)計荷載作用下橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的內(nèi)力效應(yīng)值,評價中國規(guī)范設(shè)計荷載取值的水平。 3、采用隨機車流-橋梁耦合振動分析模塊計算三個地區(qū)采集的實際交通流作用下簡支T梁橋的內(nèi)力效應(yīng)值,并與公路Ⅰ級設(shè)計荷載作用下橋梁內(nèi)力效應(yīng)進(jìn)行對比,分析5座簡支T梁橋內(nèi)力效應(yīng)與各個地區(qū)實際交通流行車特點的關(guān)系。 4、分析三個地區(qū)特重車內(nèi)力超限特點,研究特重車車型、車重、行駛位置對橋梁內(nèi)力的影響,并以隨機車流-橋梁耦合振動分析系統(tǒng)為平臺,采用中國規(guī)范中承載力評定方法評價三個地區(qū)特重車通行時橋梁的安全性能,對重載交通下橋梁安全進(jìn)行評價。
[Abstract]:In recent years, superheavy vehicles lead to bridge collapse accidents from time to time. When heavy traffic is running on bridge structures, it has a great impact on the performance and durability of bridge structures. Small and medium-span bridges account for a large proportion of expressway bridges, so it is of great significance to study the dynamic response of small and medium-span bridges under the action of special vehicles. This paper is based on the traffic load information monitored for a long time in three different areas. The internal force effect of five assembled prestressed simply supported T-beam bridges in expressway is calculated by using the random traffic flow-bridge coupling vibration analysis module in the BDANS bridge calculation software developed by the research group. Based on the measured data and response analysis results, the safety of simply supported T-beam bridge under heavy load traffic is evaluated. The main research contents are as follows: 1. The traffic load data are collected by using the health monitoring system installed at the bridge head position of the test bridge, including vehicle type, vehicle weight, axle load, speed, vehicle length and lateral driving position of the vehicle. The traffic load condition of special heavy vehicle is defined and extracted, the driving characteristics of actual traffic flow load condition are analyzed, and the relationship between actual traffic and bridge design load is discussed. 2. According to the superstructure of highway bridge and culvert general diagram-assembled prestressed concrete T-beam bridge (simply supported system) formulated by the Ministry of Communications in 2006, the finite element model of common assembled prestressed simply supported T-beam bridge in five kinds of highway bridges is established. The span includes 20m, 25m, 30m, 35m and 40m. The internal force effect of bridge structure under the action of four kinds of code design loads in China, the United States, Britain and Europe is calculated, and the level of design load value in Chinese code is evaluated. 3. The coupling vibration analysis module of random traffic flow and bridge is used to calculate the internal force effect value of simply supported T-beam bridge under the actual traffic flow collected in three areas, and the internal force effect of the bridge under the action of grade I design load is compared with that of the bridge under the action of grade I design load. The relationship between the internal force effect of five simply supported T-beam bridges and the actual traffic flow characteristics in each area is analyzed. 4. the internal force overrun characteristics of heavy vehicles in three areas are analyzed, and the influence of vehicle type, vehicle weight and driving position on the internal force of bridges is studied, and the random traffic flow-bridge coupling vibration analysis system is used as the platform. The safety performance of bridges in three areas is evaluated by using the evaluation method of bearing capacity in Chinese code, and the safety of bridges under heavy load traffic is evaluated.
