大跨徑鋼管混凝土拱橋吊桿更換策略理論研究

【摘要】:拱橋由于其優(yōu)美的造型和合理的受力形式而得到廣泛應(yīng)用,施工技術(shù)和材料工藝的進(jìn)步促進(jìn)了橋梁技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,新橋型和新技術(shù)不斷出現(xiàn)。鋼管混凝土拱橋是一種新興的橋型,在近二三十年內(nèi)在我國(guó)得到了廣泛應(yīng)用。吊桿是該橋型中的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵受力構(gòu)件。由于早期設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足,隨著橋梁服役期的增加,吊桿開(kāi)始出現(xiàn)鋼絲銹蝕斷裂、防護(hù)套開(kāi)裂、錨具銹蝕破損以及短吊桿破壞等病害,這些因素使得吊桿的實(shí)際使用壽命與設(shè)計(jì)使用壽命相差甚遠(yuǎn)。為了防止吊桿病害引起橋梁事故,很多橋梁開(kāi)始對(duì)吊桿進(jìn)行更換,吊桿更換開(kāi)始進(jìn)入高峰期。而由于缺乏工程經(jīng)驗(yàn),也沒(méi)有相關(guān)的規(guī)范可依,現(xiàn)階段吊桿的更換策略和方案的制定大多參照類似的工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行。因此,對(duì)拱橋吊桿更換方案和策略的研究就具有很大的理論知道意義。 為此,本文針對(duì)拱橋吊桿更換方案和策略的的制定進(jìn)行了初步研究,主要進(jìn)行了以下工作: ①對(duì)影響吊桿使用壽命的主要因素進(jìn)行了總結(jié),,并分析其原因和應(yīng)采取的措施。通過(guò)歸納影響因素的共同點(diǎn),將他們?cè)趬勖瘮?shù)中的體現(xiàn)形式簡(jiǎn)化。 ②根據(jù)韋布爾分布函數(shù),分別對(duì)串并聯(lián)吊桿系統(tǒng)的失效概率特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析。 ③結(jié)合工程實(shí)例,分析了不同的吊桿更換養(yǎng)護(hù)方案對(duì)吊桿系統(tǒng)失效概率的影響,并對(duì)比了各方案的經(jīng)濟(jì)性。 ④假設(shè)案例的吊桿系統(tǒng)為并聯(lián)形式,對(duì)此種情況下的吊桿更換方案進(jìn)行了對(duì)比和優(yōu)化。 ⑤總結(jié)吊桿更換策略制定應(yīng)注意的要點(diǎn),并制定了吊桿更換策略制定流程圖。
[Abstract]:Arch bridge has been widely used because of its beautiful shape and reasonable force form. The progress of construction technology and material technology has promoted the rapid development of bridge technology, new bridge type and new technology appear constantly. Concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge is a new type of bridge, which has been widely used in China in recent 20 to 30 years. The hanger is a key component of the bridge. Due to lack of experience in early design, with the increase of service period of bridge, steel wire corrosion fracture, protective sleeve cracking, anchor corrosion damage and short hanger damage began to occur. These factors make the actual service life of the hanger far from the designed service life. In order to prevent the bridge accident caused by the suspension rod disease, many bridges begin to replace the hanger rod, and the replacement of the suspension rod begins to enter the peak period. However, due to the lack of engineering experience, and there are no relevant norms to follow, at this stage, the replacement strategy and plan for the hanger are mostly made by reference to similar engineering experience. Therefore, it is of great theoretical significance to study the replacement scheme and strategy of arch bridge hanger. For this reason, this article has carried on the preliminary research to the arch bridge hanger replacement plan and the strategy formulation, has carried on the following work mainly: 1 has carried on the summary to the main factor which affects the hanger service life, And analyze its causes and measures to be taken. By summing up the common ground of the influencing factors, the form of their embodiment in the life function is simplified. Based on Weibull distribution function, the failure probability characteristics of series-parallel hanger system are analyzed. 3 combined with engineering examples, the influence of different maintenance schemes on the failure probability of hanger system is analyzed, and the economy of each scheme is compared. 4 assuming that the hanger system in the case is in parallel form, the replacement scheme of the hanger rod in this case is compared and optimized. 5 summarize the key points that should be paid attention to make the replacement strategy of the hanger, and draw up the flowchart of the changing strategy of the hanger.
