自愈合路面基層材料使用性能研究

【摘要】:為了提高瀝青路面半剛性基層的抗裂能力,同時使基層具備自愈合性能,將制備PVA纖維增強水泥基復合材料(PVA-ECC)的主要原材料(包括水泥、粉煤灰、石英砂及聚乙烯醇纖維),按一定比例摻入普通路面基層材料中,尋求一種新型的具有自愈合能力的路面基層材料—PVA-ECC穩(wěn)定碎石基層材料。本文對PVA-ECC穩(wěn)定碎石基層材料和普通水泥穩(wěn)定碎石基層材料的使用性能進行了對比試驗研究;研究了級配對PVA-ECC穩(wěn)定碎石基層材料使用性能的影響;研究了級配、不同環(huán)境條件、巴氏芽孢桿菌和水泥基滲透結晶型防水材料對PVA-ECC穩(wěn)定碎石基層材料自愈合性能的影響。 結果表明:PVA-ECC穩(wěn)定碎石基層材料的強度性能、剛度性能、抗凍性能均優(yōu)于水泥穩(wěn)定碎石基層材料,但收縮性能和抗沖刷性能比水泥穩(wěn)定碎石基層材料差;普通路面基層材料沒有明顯的自愈合性能,而PVA-ECC穩(wěn)定碎石基層材料有良好的自愈合性能,自愈合后抗壓強度提高57.3%,用其鋪筑的路面基層可稱為自愈合路面基層。 骨架密實級配下限PVA-ECC穩(wěn)定碎石基層材料抗壓強度、劈裂強度、剛度性能、收縮性能、抗凍性能最好,在標養(yǎng)室養(yǎng)護、干濕循環(huán)環(huán)境條件下自愈合效果最好,,菌液浸泡后自愈合強度最高,自愈合后抗壓強度提高85%,且可以實現(xiàn)裂縫全部愈合;骨架密實級配上限PVA-ECC穩(wěn)定碎石基層材料彎拉強度最高,在置于戶外環(huán)境條件下自愈合效果最好;骨架密實級配中值PVA-ECC穩(wěn)定碎石基層材料的抗沖刷性能最佳。添加水泥基滲透結晶型防水材料后,PVA-ECC穩(wěn)定碎石基層材料的自愈合強度提高3%左右,骨架密實級配下限PVA-ECC穩(wěn)定碎石基層材料自愈合強度提高幅度最大。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the crack resistance of semi-rigid base of asphalt pavement and self-healing property of base, the main raw materials (including cement, fly ash) of PVA fiber reinforced cement-based composite (PVA-ECC) were prepared. Quartz sand and polyvinyl alcohol fiber (PVA) are mixed into common pavement base materials in a certain proportion to seek a new kind of self-healing base material-PVA-ECC stabilized macadam base material. In this paper, the performance of PVA-ECC stabilized macadam base material and ordinary cement stabilized macadam base material were studied, and the influence of gradation on the service performance of PVA-ECC stabilized macadam base material was studied. The effects of grading, different environmental conditions, Bacillus pasteurium and cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof materials on the self-healing properties of PVA-ECC stabilized macadam base materials were studied. The results show that the strength, stiffness and frost resistance of PVA-ECC stabilized macadam base material are better than that of cement stabilized macadam base material, but its shrinkage and scour resistance are worse than that of cement stabilized macadam base material. The common pavement base material has no obvious self-healing performance, but the PVA-ECC stabilized crushed stone base material has good self-healing performance, and the compressive strength after self-healing increases by 57.3%. The pavement base with it can be called self-healing pavement base. PVA-ECC stabilized macadam base material has the best compressive strength, splitting strength, stiffness, shrinkage and freezing resistance, and the self-healing effect is the best under the condition of standard curing room and dry and wet circulation environment, and the base material has the best compressive strength, splitting strength, stiffness, shrinkage and freezing resistance. The self-healing strength was the highest after soaking in bacterial solution, and the compressive strength was increased by 85% after self-healing, and all the cracks could be healed. The bending and tensile strength of the PVA-ECC stabilized macadam base material with the upper limit of skeleton dense gradation is the highest and the self-healing effect is the best in outdoor environment, and the erosion resistance of the skeleton dense gradation median PVA-ECC stabilized macadam base material is the best. With the addition of cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof material, the self-healing strength of PVA-ECC stabilized macadam base material is increased by about 3%, and the self-healing strength of PVA-ECC stabilized macadam base material with the lower gradation limit of skeleton density is the largest.
