天津港二公司散糧接卸效率提升策略

【摘要】:本文從我國近幾年全國、天津港和二公司散糧接卸量和未來幾年糧食貨源情況入手,分析出我國散糧的進出口量逐年增加,已由傳統(tǒng)的糧食出口國轉變糧食進口國,未來中國進口糧食量將持續(xù)增加,港口的作業(yè)量也將劇增;谶@一樣的一個背景,針對天津港二公司企業(yè)所具備的內部資源及發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,將企業(yè)散糧接卸體系作業(yè)劃分為卸船體系和疏運體系兩個方面,對其所具備資源進行了系統(tǒng)分析,找出了企業(yè)在散糧接卸過程中限制其效率不高的根本原因,如:設備老化、庫場資源與接卸量不匹配、作業(yè)工藝不豐富,管理水平創(chuàng)新不足等。最后,根據分析出的原因,規(guī)劃出其提升散糧接卸效率的策略,旨在提出優(yōu)化與完善其設備設施、工藝流程、管理方法等方面的意見,建立具有二公司企業(yè)特色的散糧裝卸專業(yè)化體系,以完善接卸與疏運體系,通過增加機械設備、增加倉容、引進新工藝、創(chuàng)新管理方法等,對發(fā)展企業(yè)專業(yè)化道路,促進企業(yè)的持續(xù)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展具有一定的現實意義。大多數的研究學者只是研究如何在機械設備與工藝方法方面提升散糧的機械效率,而本文是從散糧企業(yè)所具備的資源出發(fā),完善作業(yè)生產組織方式,在接卸系統(tǒng)的重視卸卸船與疏運,并望能探索出一條散糧接卸的標準。
[Abstract]:Starting with the volume of bulk grain in China, Tianjin Port and the second Company in recent years and the source of grain in the next few years, this paper analyzes that the volume of imports and exports of bulk grain in China has increased year by year, and has changed from a traditional grain exporting country to a grain importing country. In the future, China's imports of grain will continue to increase, port operations will also increase sharply. Based on the same background, aiming at the internal resources and development strategy of Tianjin Port two Company, the operation of the bulk grain loading and unloading system is divided into two aspects: the unloading system and the dredging system. Based on the systematic analysis of its available resources, the author finds out the fundamental reasons that restrict the efficiency of the enterprises in the process of bulk grain loading and unloading, such as the aging of the equipment, the mismatch between the resources of the storage yard and the quantity of receiving and unloading, and the lack of rich operation technology. The management level innovation is insufficient, etc. Finally, according to the reasons analyzed, the strategy to improve the efficiency of bulk grain loading and unloading is planned in order to put forward some suggestions on optimizing and perfecting its equipment and facilities, technological process and management methods, and so on. To establish a specialized system of bulk grain handling and handling with the characteristics of two companies to perfect the system of loading and unloading and dredging, and to develop the professional road of enterprises by adding machinery and equipment, increasing warehouse capacity, introducing new technologies, and innovating management methods, etc. To promote the sustainable and stable development of enterprises has a certain practical significance. Most of the scholars only study how to improve the mechanical efficiency of bulk grain in terms of mechanical equipment and technological methods. However, this paper starts from the resources available in bulk grain enterprises to improve the organization of production activities. In the loading and unloading system, the importance of unloading ship and dredging, and hope to explore a standard of bulk grain loading and unloading.
