室內(nèi)成型試件與路面芯樣的抗車轍差異性評價(jià)

【摘要】:為了評價(jià)室內(nèi)成型試件與路面芯樣抗車轍能力的差異,利用多輪車轍儀(RLWT)獲取車轍變形量,從宏觀角度研究室內(nèi)成型試件與路面芯樣的抗車轍能力;采用工業(yè)CT獲取瀝青混合料斷面掃描圖像,從細(xì)觀角度探討室內(nèi)成型試件與路面芯樣的粗集料顆粒與面空隙率沿深度方向的分布狀況.結(jié)果表明:由于壓實(shí)方式不同,兩種試件的空隙率相差甚大,從而導(dǎo)致其抗車轍能力也有明顯差異;路面芯樣的粗集料顆粒與面空隙率在深度方向分布的均勻性較差;路面芯樣的平均面空隙率及上端的面空隙率明顯大于室內(nèi)成型試件,從細(xì)觀角度證明了宏觀研究成果的準(zhǔn)確性.
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the difference of anti-rut ability between indoor molded specimen and pavement core sample, the rut deformation of indoor molded specimen and pavement core sample was studied by using multi-wheel switch instrument (RLWT), and the anti-rut ability of indoor molded specimen and pavement core sample was studied from macroscopic angle. The cross-section scanning images of asphalt mixture were obtained by industrial CT, and the distribution of coarse aggregate particles and surface voids along the depth direction was discussed from the view of meso-view. The results show that due to the different compaction methods, the voids of the two specimens differ greatly, which leads to the obvious difference in rut resistance, the distribution uniformity of coarse aggregate particles and surface voids in the pavement core is poor in the depth direction, and the results show that there is a significant difference in the rut resistance between the two specimens. The average surface void rate of pavement core sample and the surface voidage rate of upper end are obviously higher than those of indoor molding specimen. The veracity of macro-research results is proved from the view of meso-view.
