【摘要】：長江黃金水道的航運迎來了一個高速發(fā)展期,隨之而來的水上交通事故也在不斷增加,尤其是在發(fā)生水上交通安全事故后,需要加強快速反應(yīng),提高水上搜救應(yīng)急能力。本文通過介紹長江應(yīng)急救援力量的現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合長江沿江海事局應(yīng)急救援力量現(xiàn)狀分析,并提出相應(yīng)改進措施和對策,旨在完善水上搜救體系,發(fā)揮水上搜救的作用,最大限度地減少水上交通事故損失。
[Abstract]:The navigation of the golden waterway in the Yangtze River ushered in a period of high-speed development, followed by an increasing number of water traffic accidents, especially after the occurrence of water traffic safety accidents, it is necessary to strengthen the rapid response and improve the emergency ability of water search and rescue. By introducing the present situation of the emergency rescue force of the Yangtze River, combining with the analysis of the present situation of the emergency rescue force of the Yangtze River Maritime Safety Bureau, this paper puts forward the corresponding improvement measures and countermeasures in order to perfect the water search and rescue system and give full play to the role of the water search and rescue. Minimize the loss of water traffic accidents.
