水泥乳化瀝青復(fù)合材料粘彈性能的依時(shí)性研究

【摘要】:為研究水泥乳化瀝青復(fù)合膠凝材料粘彈性能隨時(shí)間的變化規(guī)律,采用動(dòng)態(tài)剪切流變儀對(duì)不同配比復(fù)合膠凝材料在不同養(yǎng)護(hù)齡期時(shí)的60℃復(fù)數(shù)模量和相位角進(jìn)行頻率掃描試驗(yàn)。分析結(jié)果表明:水泥乳化瀝青復(fù)合膠凝材料的粘彈性具有顯著的依時(shí)性。瀝青與水泥質(zhì)量比(A/C)較低的復(fù)合膠凝材料強(qiáng)度發(fā)展過(guò)程明顯快于高A/C比的復(fù)合膠凝材料,且以2d內(nèi)的增長(zhǎng)幅度最大。兩種低A/C比的復(fù)合膠凝材料相位角隨頻率增大而顯著增大,且養(yǎng)護(hù)齡期越長(zhǎng),這種增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì)越明顯。綜合比較可知,低A/C比時(shí),復(fù)合膠凝材料的復(fù)數(shù)模量和相位角均有顯著的變化,增強(qiáng)了低頻時(shí)的彈性特征和高頻時(shí)的粘性特征,即材料在高、低溫時(shí)具備更好的粘彈性表現(xiàn)。
