【摘要】：鋼鐵產(chǎn)業(yè)是我國的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),充足的鐵礦石原料是我國鋼鐵產(chǎn)業(yè)良好發(fā)展的保證。我國鐵礦石資源較為豐富,但大多數(shù)品位較低,開采難度大,在質(zhì)和量上均無法滿足鋼鐵行業(yè)生產(chǎn)的需要。因此,從1998年開始,我國鐵礦石進(jìn)口量逐年增加。 在進(jìn)口鐵礦石快速增長和國家產(chǎn)業(yè)布局調(diào)整的雙重背景下,對(duì)我國進(jìn)口鐵礦石港口布局提出了新的規(guī)劃和要求。本文通過對(duì)我國進(jìn)口鐵礦石港口布局現(xiàn)狀與存在問題進(jìn)行分析,并結(jié)合進(jìn)口鐵礦石港口布局的主要影響因素,構(gòu)建了進(jìn)口鐵礦石港口布局評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并運(yùn)用模糊聚類分析方法對(duì)我國環(huán)渤海區(qū)域進(jìn)口鐵礦石港口布局進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,以實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)口鐵礦石港口功能定位和層次性布局的目的。最后,為實(shí)現(xiàn)優(yōu)化鐵礦石港口布局、促進(jìn)鋼鐵產(chǎn)業(yè)健康發(fā)展的目的,文章給出了現(xiàn)階段解決鐵礦石港口布局問題的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The iron and steel industry is the pillar industry of our country, and the sufficient iron ore raw material is the guarantee of the good development of our country's iron and steel industry. China is rich in iron ore resources, but most of them are of low grade and difficult to mine, which can not meet the needs of iron and steel industry in quality and quantity. Therefore, since 1998, China's iron ore imports are increasing year by year. Under the dual background of the rapid growth of imported iron ore and the adjustment of national industrial layout, new plans and requirements for the port layout of imported iron ore in China are put forward. By analyzing the present situation and existing problems of port layout of imported iron ore in China, and combining the main influencing factors of port layout of imported iron ore, this paper constructs an evaluation index system of port layout of imported iron ore. In order to realize the function orientation and hierarchical layout of imported iron ore ports in Bohai Sea region of China, the paper makes an empirical analysis on the distribution of imported iron ore ports by using fuzzy cluster analysis method. Finally, in order to optimize the distribution of iron ore ports and promote the healthy development of iron and steel industry, the paper puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of iron ore port layout at the present stage.
