SBS與SBR改性乳化瀝青粘層油性能對比分析

【摘要】:近些年來我國交通呈現(xiàn)“高速度、大流量、重載化、渠道化”的趨勢,因此對不同結(jié)構(gòu)層間的粘結(jié)層提出了嚴峻的考驗。然而,我國現(xiàn)有粘層材料表現(xiàn)出抗剪、抗拉拔強度不足的缺陷,并在抗水損害性能,耐疲勞性能等方面也存在諸多不足之處。本文針對我國粘層油所表現(xiàn)出的缺點,制備了SBS與SBR改性乳化瀝青,并對其技術(shù)指標和粘結(jié)性能展開研究,以便通過對比分析,推薦性能較好的粘層油。 本文從乳化瀝青乳化機理及破乳機理出發(fā),基于不同的基質(zhì)瀝青、改性劑及改性劑劑量成功制備了SBS與SBR改性乳化瀝青,結(jié)合改性乳化瀝青標準粘度、5天儲存穩(wěn)定性、顯微鏡亞微觀結(jié)構(gòu)及其蒸發(fā)殘留物技術(shù)指標,分析了改性乳化瀝青的技術(shù)性質(zhì)。 通過層間直接剪切與拉拔試驗對所選取的四種改性乳化瀝青粘結(jié)性能進行研究,分析了不同因素對改性乳化瀝青粘結(jié)性能的影響程度,并對其粘結(jié)性能進行了對比分析,,比較其優(yōu)劣性。并通過層間浸水直接剪切試驗和浸水拉拔等試驗,對比分析了四種改性乳化瀝青的耐水性。通過多方面性能試驗分析表明,SBS改性乳化瀝青較之SBR改性乳化瀝青具有更好的粘結(jié)性能,且其抗水損害能力也優(yōu)于后者。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the traffic of our country presents the trend of "high speed, large flow, heavy load, channelization", so it puts forward a severe test to the bond layer between different structure layers. However, the existing adhesive materials in China have some defects such as insufficient shear strength and drawing strength, and there are also many shortcomings in water damage resistance and fatigue resistance. In this paper, the emulsified asphalt modified by SBS and SBR was prepared in allusion to the shortcomings of the viscous layer oil in China, and its technical index and adhesive property were studied, so as to recommend the viscosity layer oil with better performance through comparison and analysis. Based on the emulsification mechanism and demulsification mechanism of emulsified asphalt, SBS and SBR modified bitumen were successfully prepared based on different dosage of matrix asphalt, modifier and modifier. The technical properties of modified emulsified asphalt were analyzed by microscopic submicroscopic structure and technical index of evaporation residue. The bindability of four kinds of modified emulsified asphalt was studied by direct shearing and drawing test. The influence of different factors on the adhesive property of modified emulsified asphalt was analyzed, and the adhesive property of modified emulsified asphalt was compared and analyzed. Compare its merits and demerits. The water resistance of four kinds of modified emulsified asphalt was analyzed by direct shear test and drawing test. The experimental results show that SBS modified emulsified asphalt has better adhesive property than SBR modified emulsified asphalt, and its water damage resistance is better than the latter.
