基于路網(wǎng)服務(wù)水平的路網(wǎng)儲(chǔ)備容量研究

【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,城市人口基數(shù)、機(jī)動(dòng)車規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,使得交通供給和交通需求矛盾日益突出,因此,如何提高路網(wǎng)容量滿足不斷增長(zhǎng)的交通需求,緩解城市交通壓力是我們亟待解決的難題。城市道路網(wǎng)容量是交通供給系統(tǒng),其服務(wù)能力關(guān)系到城市交通的可持續(xù)發(fā)展、城市的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平及人民出行質(zhì)量,而為了提高乘客出行時(shí)越來(lái)越重視的“舒適感”,將路網(wǎng)服務(wù)水平納入路網(wǎng)儲(chǔ)備容量中研究具有十分重要的實(shí)際意義。本文以路網(wǎng)容量的基本理論為切入點(diǎn),綜合已有的相關(guān)知識(shí)及研究基礎(chǔ),針對(duì)本文的研究目的,重新定義了路網(wǎng)容量;將其按照不同條件進(jìn)行分類,深入分析對(duì)路網(wǎng)容量的主要影響因素及相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化方法;然后從微觀和宏觀兩個(gè)角度來(lái)分析服務(wù)水平的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),最終選擇路網(wǎng)飽和度這一參數(shù)作為評(píng)價(jià)交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)的關(guān)鍵指標(biāo),以此設(shè)定了判斷路網(wǎng)服務(wù)水平的劃分等級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),且對(duì)路網(wǎng)服務(wù)水平與路網(wǎng)容量的關(guān)系做了簡(jiǎn)約分析,得出路網(wǎng)服務(wù)水平對(duì)交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)容量有著不可忽視的影響作用。為此,建立了基于路網(wǎng)服務(wù)水平的路網(wǎng)儲(chǔ)備容量雙層規(guī)劃模型來(lái)深入分析兩者的關(guān)系:上層優(yōu)化目標(biāo)為含網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)水平約束的基本OD需求乘子的最大化問(wèn)題;下層為出行者的路徑選擇原則滿足基于Logit的隨機(jī)用戶均衡交通分配問(wèn)題。本文設(shè)計(jì)了增量分配法與連續(xù)平均法相結(jié)合的算法求解雙層規(guī)劃模型。最后通過(guò)一個(gè)小型測(cè)試網(wǎng)絡(luò)驗(yàn)證了模型和算法的有效性。結(jié)果分析表明:路網(wǎng)服務(wù)水平與路網(wǎng)儲(chǔ)備容量是正相關(guān)的,道路交通擁堵愈嚴(yán)重,交通需求量乘子愈大。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, the urban population base and the scale of motor vehicles are expanding, which makes the contradiction between traffic supply and traffic demand more and more prominent. Therefore, how to improve the capacity of road network to meet the increasing traffic demand, Relieving urban traffic pressure is a difficult problem we need to solve urgently. The capacity of urban road network is a traffic supply system, and its service ability is related to the sustainable development of urban transportation, the level of urban economic development and the quality of people's travel. In order to improve the "comfort" that passengers pay more and more attention to when travelling, the capacity of urban road network is related to the sustainable development of urban transportation. It is of great practical significance to study the service level of road network into the reserve capacity of road network. This paper takes the basic theory of road network capacity as the breakthrough point, synthesizes the related knowledge and the research foundation, aiming at the research purpose of this paper, redefines the road network capacity; It is classified according to different conditions, and the main factors affecting the capacity of road network and the corresponding optimization methods are deeply analyzed. Then the evaluation index of service level is analyzed from the micro and macro angles. Finally, the parameter of road network saturation is selected as the key index to evaluate the traffic network, and the grading standard is set up to judge the service level of road network. The relationship between the network service level and the network capacity is analyzed, and it is concluded that the network service level has an important effect on the traffic network capacity. For this reason, a bilevel programming model of road network reserve capacity based on network service level is established to analyze the relationship between them in depth. The upper optimization goal is to maximize the basic OD demand multiplier with network service level constraints; The path selection principle for travelers at the lower level satisfies the traffic assignment problem of stochastic user equilibrium based on Logit. In this paper, the incremental allocation method and the continuous average method are designed to solve the bilevel programming model. Finally, the validity of the model and algorithm is verified by a small test network. The results show that the service level of the road network is positively related to the reserve capacity of the road network, and the more serious the traffic congestion, the greater the traffic demand multiplier.
