大跨度鋼桁斜拉橋施工控制關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:近些年來隨著板桁梁橋和斜拉橋的發(fā)展,一種新型的橋梁形式—板桁斜拉橋應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。它繼承了板桁梁橋與斜拉橋的共同優(yōu)點(diǎn),有著較好的適用性能,尤其在大跨度橋梁方面,有著較高的競爭價(jià)值,這也是國內(nèi)外大跨度板桁梁斜拉橋得以快速發(fā)展的重要原因。為保證這種大跨度橋梁建設(shè)的安全性,施工監(jiān)控是必不可少的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié)。本文以在建銅陵公鐵兩用長江大橋?yàn)楣こ瘫尘,針對該施工監(jiān)控中的索力控制等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究,主要內(nèi)容如下: (1)有限元模型的建立。依托銅陵公鐵兩用長江大橋的工程背景,在廣泛吸收前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步探討了在大跨度板桁斜拉橋模型建立過程中的關(guān)鍵問題,包括橋面系的模擬、索塔的模擬、索的模擬、邊界條件的模擬等。 (2)有限元模型數(shù)據(jù)對比分析。用Midas2011和TDV2008有限元軟件建立了該橋的有限元模型,并與設(shè)計(jì)單位3Dbridge模型進(jìn)行了數(shù)據(jù)對比分析,結(jié)果表明TDV和3Dbridge在該橋的有限元計(jì)算方面較Midas準(zhǔn)確; (3)鋼絞線索索力均勻性控制技術(shù)。基于等值張拉法原理,,得出銅陵橋鋼絞線索索力均勻性控制方案,實(shí)現(xiàn)了鋼絞線索均勻性的控制目標(biāo),證明了智能張拉系統(tǒng)的實(shí)用性和可靠性; (4)鋼絞線索索力大小控制技術(shù)。在對比分析了銅陵橋所采用的各種索力測試方法優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過實(shí)測數(shù)據(jù)和精確的計(jì)算分析,得出振動(dòng)頻率法在該橋索力測試中占有較大優(yōu)勢的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of slab-truss bridge and cable-stayed bridge, a new type of bridge, plate-truss cable-stayed bridge, emerges as the times require. It inherits the common advantages of slab-truss bridge and cable-stayed bridge, and has good applicability, especially in long-span bridges, which has a high competitive value, which is also an important reason for the rapid development of long-span cable-stayed bridges with slab truss beams at home and abroad. In order to ensure the safety of the long-span bridge construction, construction monitoring is an essential important link. In this paper, based on the construction of Tongling Bridge of the Yangtze River, the key technologies such as cable force control in the construction monitoring are studied. The main contents are as follows: (1) the establishment of finite element model. Based on the engineering background of Tongling Bridge, based on the extensive absorption of the previous research results, the key problems in the process of establishing the model of large-span plate-truss cable-stayed bridge are further discussed, including the simulation of bridge deck system and the simulation of cable tower. Simulation of cables, boundary conditions, etc. (2) comparison and analysis of finite element model data. The finite element model of the bridge is established by using Midas2011 and TDV2008 finite element software, and compared with the 3Dbridge model of the design unit. The results show that TDV and 3Dbridge are more accurate than Midas in the finite element calculation of the bridge. (3) the control technology of cable force uniformity. Based on the principle of equivalent tension method, the control scheme of cable force uniformity of steel strands in Tongling Bridge is obtained. The control goal of cable uniformity is realized, and the practicability and reliability of intelligent tension system are proved. (4) Cable force control technology of steel strand. On the basis of comparing and analyzing the merits and demerits of various cable force testing methods used in Tongling Bridge, it is concluded that the vibration frequency method has a great advantage in the cable force test of the bridge through the measured data and accurate calculation and analysis.
