基于車牌識(shí)別的高速公路網(wǎng)多路徑精確識(shí)別研究

【摘要】:隨著中國(guó)高速公路的不斷發(fā)展,許多城市的高速公路都具有了網(wǎng)狀的結(jié)構(gòu),,從一個(gè)地方到另一個(gè)地方的公路有很多條,高速公路的相關(guān)管理部門開始對(duì)線路確認(rèn)模糊的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究,因?yàn)榫路確認(rèn)模糊會(huì)造成車輛通行費(fèi)用的不確定性等情況。在高速公路上,車輛的通行費(fèi)用是以行駛距離來(lái)計(jì)算的,如果公路上存在網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu)或者環(huán)形結(jié)構(gòu),不同收費(fèi)站之間就會(huì)有多條路徑,從而導(dǎo)致了車輛通行費(fèi)用的差異較大。所以,如何確定最終的通行路線,是提高當(dāng)前高速公路收費(fèi)準(zhǔn)確度的一個(gè)重要問題。 本文首先就通行路線對(duì)費(fèi)用的影響進(jìn)行了分析,研究了各種通行路線判斷方法的原理、不同判斷方法的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)和影響通行路線判斷方法的各種實(shí)際因素;然后重點(diǎn)研究了以車牌號(hào)識(shí)別為基礎(chǔ)的高速公路通行路線的準(zhǔn)確判斷方法,對(duì)其中的關(guān)鍵原理與技術(shù)進(jìn)行了分析研究,實(shí)現(xiàn)了車牌識(shí)別(VLPR)系統(tǒng)在車輛通行路線判斷中的應(yīng)用;最后,在VLPR系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上,給出了車輛通行路線判斷問題的最優(yōu)解決方案,并仔細(xì)研究了系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)架和網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸,統(tǒng)籌設(shè)計(jì)了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和相關(guān)軟件,結(jié)合陜西正在進(jìn)行的高速公路收費(fèi)系統(tǒng)工程,本研究結(jié)果與工程實(shí)際形成互動(dòng)契約,現(xiàn)行工程取得了良好社會(huì)效益。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of China's highways, many urban freeways have a network structure. There are many highways from one place to another. The relevant management departments of freeway begin to study the status quo of line confirmation fuzzy, because the fuzzy line confirmation will lead to the uncertainty of vehicle passage cost and so on. On the freeway, the passage cost of the vehicle is calculated by the distance. If there is a network structure or ring structure on the highway, there will be many paths between different toll stations, which leads to the great difference of the vehicle tolls. Therefore, how to determine the final route, is an important issue to improve the current highway toll accuracy. Firstly, this paper analyzes the influence of the route on the cost, studies the principle of the different ways of judging the route, the advantages and disadvantages of the different methods, and the practical factors that affect the judgment of the route. Then, the accurate judgment method of expressway route based on vehicle license plate recognition is studied, and the key principle and technology are analyzed and studied. The application of license plate recognition (VLPR) system in vehicle routing judgment is realized. Finally, on the basis of VLPR system, the optimal solution to the problem of vehicle routing judgment is given, and the structure of the system and network transmission are carefully studied, and the database and related software are designed as a whole. Combined with the highway toll system project in Shaanxi province, the result of this study forms an interactive contract with the engineering practice, and the current project has achieved good social benefits.
