【摘要】：本文對我國對外陸路通道的設施現(xiàn)狀、運營情況和面臨問題進行了分析。截至2013年底,我國沿邊9省區(qū)與周邊14個接壤國家共有一類鐵路口岸12個、公路口岸60個、內河口岸21個、航空口岸21個,形成跨境鐵路通道11條、主要跨境公路通道32條,初步建立了與周邊國家的通道體系。通道建設主要面臨沿線國家之間地緣政治復雜;骨干通道不貫通,存在斷頭路;通道多處通而不暢狀態(tài),互聯(lián)互通作用難以發(fā)揮;通道技術標準差異大,運輸效率不高;陸路運輸通道往返運量差異大;建設維護資金需求量大,運營盈利預期低等問題。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the present situation, operation and problems of our country's overland channel. By the end of 2013, there were 12 first-class railway ports, 60 highway ports, 21 inland river ports and 21 air ports in 9 provinces and regions along the border with 14 neighboring countries, forming 11 cross-border railway channels and 32 major cross-border road channels. Initially established with the surrounding countries of the channel system. The construction of the channel is mainly faced with the geopolitical complexity between the countries along the route; the backbone channel is not through and there is a guillotine; the channel is in many places but not smooth, the function of interconnection is difficult to play, the technical standard of the passage is different, and the transportation efficiency is not high; There is great difference in the amount of transportation between land transportation channels, large demand for construction and maintenance funds, low profit expectation and so on.
