地鐵特長(zhǎng)海底隧道排水泵站設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:研究目的:地鐵特長(zhǎng)海底隧道具有長(zhǎng)度長(zhǎng)、埋深深、海域段跨度大、結(jié)構(gòu)滲漏水量多、對(duì)運(yùn)營(yíng)安全尤為重要等特點(diǎn),且其結(jié)構(gòu)滲漏水及消防廢水等均向隧道最低點(diǎn)匯集,對(duì)排水泵站的設(shè)計(jì)提出很高的要求。因此,研究并設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)施一套安全、高效、穩(wěn)定、可靠、經(jīng)濟(jì)的排水泵站系統(tǒng),對(duì)地鐵特長(zhǎng)海底隧道的運(yùn)營(yíng)安全極為重要。研究結(jié)論:結(jié)合廈門市軌道交通3~#線海底隧道工程實(shí)際情況,對(duì)其排水種類、排水方式、排水量及排水泵站設(shè)計(jì)重難點(diǎn)等因素進(jìn)行綜合分析,得出如下結(jié)論:(1)根據(jù)海底隧道工程地質(zhì)條件,并結(jié)合類似工程經(jīng)驗(yàn),初步估算結(jié)構(gòu)滲漏水量為2 500 m~3/d;(2)通過方案比選,確定分設(shè)兩處排水泵站、一級(jí)提升排水系統(tǒng)方案,并對(duì)排水泵站設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要介紹;(3)選擇耐海水腐蝕性及抗壓性較好的水泵及管材等,可確保排水系統(tǒng)及排水泵站的穩(wěn)定性與安全性;(4)該研究結(jié)論對(duì)其他地鐵特長(zhǎng)海底隧道排水泵站設(shè)計(jì)具有參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The purpose of the research is: long length, deep buried, large span of sea area, large leakage water of structure, especially important to operation safety, and its structure leakage water and firefighting waste water are collected to the lowest point of the tunnel. Put forward the very high request to the design of the drainage pump station. Therefore, the study and implementation of a set of safe, efficient, stable, reliable and economical drainage pump station system is extremely important to the operation safety of the subway super long subsea tunnel. Research conclusions: combined with the actual situation of Xiamen rail transit subsea tunnel, the drainage type, drainage mode, displacement and the design of drainage pump station are comprehensively analyzed. The conclusions are as follows: (1) according to the engineering geological conditions of the subsea tunnel and combined with the similar engineering experience, the preliminary estimation of the water leakage of the structure is 2 500 mm2 / d; (2) through the scheme comparison and selection, it is determined to set up two drainage water pump stations, the first stage upgrade drainage system scheme, and a brief introduction to the design of the drainage pump station; (3) the stability and safety of drainage system and drainage pump station can be ensured by selecting pumps and pipes with good resistance to seawater corrosion and pressure. (4) this conclusion has reference value for the design of drainage pump station of other subway subsea tunnel.
