生活廢舊塑料與SBS改性瀝青性能及應(yīng)用的對比研究

【摘要】:CRP改性劑是以廢舊塑料為原材,經(jīng)過高溫裂解方法制得的新型瀝青改性劑。本文通過大量的室內(nèi)試驗(yàn),對廢舊塑料CRP和SBS改性瀝青及其混合料進(jìn)行了全面的對比研究。采用常規(guī)試驗(yàn)方法對不同摻量的CRP與SBS改性瀝青技術(shù)特性進(jìn)行對比試驗(yàn)研究及分析。通過針入度、軟化點(diǎn)、低溫延度試驗(yàn)來研究CRP和SBS改性瀝青的高溫、低溫性能;通過旋轉(zhuǎn)粘度試驗(yàn)來探討CRP與SBS改性瀝青粘滯性能的變化。通過馬歇爾穩(wěn)定度試驗(yàn)、車轍試驗(yàn)、低溫彎曲試驗(yàn)、粘附性試驗(yàn)、凍融劈裂試驗(yàn)、間接拉伸試驗(yàn)來研究CRP和SBS改性瀝青混合料AC-13和SMA-13的高溫抗車轍性能、低溫抗裂性能、抗水損害能力和耐疲勞能力。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:摻量為5%的廢舊塑料CRP改性瀝青與4%摻量的SBS改性瀝青性能相當(dāng),CRP改性劑的加入可以顯著提高瀝青的高溫性能;經(jīng)CRP改性的瀝青混合料具有顯著的高溫抗車轍性能,抗水損害能力和耐疲勞性能也得到明顯提高。對干法和濕法CRP改性瀝青混合料性能進(jìn)行了研究,結(jié)果表明濕法CRP和SBS改性瀝青混合料相比,仍然具有很好的高溫穩(wěn)定性、水敏感性以及相當(dāng)?shù)哪推谛阅堋W詈蠓治隽藦U舊塑料CRP改性瀝青路面的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益與社會效益。
[Abstract]:CRP modifier is a new asphalt modifier made from waste plastics by high temperature pyrolysis. In this paper, through a large number of laboratory tests, a comprehensive comparative study of CRP and SBS modified asphalt and its mixture is carried out. The technical characteristics of CRP and SBS modified asphalt with different contents were studied and analyzed by conventional test method. The high and low temperature properties of CRP and SBS modified asphalt were studied by penetration, softening point and low temperature ductility test, and the viscosity of CRP and SBS modified asphalt was studied by rotating viscosity test. Through Marshall stability test, rutting test, low temperature bending test, adhesion test, freeze-thaw splitting test and indirect tensile test, the rutting resistance of CRP and SBS modified asphalt mixture AC-13 and SMA-13 at high temperature was studied. Low temperature crack resistance, water damage resistance and fatigue resistance. The experimental results show that the performance of waste plastic CRP modified asphalt is equal to that of 4% SBS modified asphalt, and the high temperature performance of asphalt can be improved by adding CRP modifier. The asphalt mixture modified by CRP has remarkable rutting resistance at high temperature, water damage resistance and fatigue resistance. The performance of dry and wet CRP modified asphalt mixture is studied. The results show that wet CRP still has good high temperature stability, water sensitivity and fatigue resistance compared with SBS modified asphalt mixture. Finally, the economic and social benefits of waste plastic CRP modified asphalt pavement are analyzed.
