【摘要】：高速公路施工是一項極其復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程。作為工程施工管理的核心,施工組織設(shè)計的任務(wù)就是針對高速公路的特性,通過科學(xué)的統(tǒng)籌安排、系統(tǒng)的管理,編制出最合理的施工組織方法,使高速公路在整個施工過程中,按照客觀的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟規(guī)律,能做出科學(xué)合理的安排,最后取得相對最優(yōu)的管理效果。 本文首先揭示了研究的目的和意義,提出了主要的研究方法,闡述了高速公路施工組織設(shè)計的概念和作用、施工組織設(shè)計編制的依據(jù)和原則,系統(tǒng)梳理了高速公路施工組織設(shè)計編制的主要內(nèi)容；著重分析了高速公路施工組織設(shè)計優(yōu)化問題,主要包括優(yōu)化的概念、優(yōu)化的目的、以及優(yōu)化的方法；將施工組織設(shè)計的編制方法,指導(dǎo)并應(yīng)用到山東省濱德高速公路某合同段施工組織設(shè)計實際編制中。本文得到主要研究結(jié)論如下： 1、編制高速公路施工組織設(shè)計時要結(jié)合高速公路工程實際和施工單位人員、機械設(shè)備、資金等要素,因地制宜,務(wù)求實效,不能千篇一律,流于形式。 2、高速施工組織設(shè)計編制的目的在于充分利用統(tǒng)籌學(xué)原理,合理安排資源投入,在確保工期、質(zhì)量、安全和環(huán)保目標(biāo)的實施的前提下,要以提高效率、降低成本為目標(biāo)。 3、高速公路施工進度計劃的編制,要采用多種方法,相互印證、相互補充,但要以網(wǎng)絡(luò)計劃為主線。通過對網(wǎng)絡(luò)計劃的不斷調(diào)整,確定關(guān)鍵線路,不斷優(yōu)化前后工序和流水節(jié)拍,進而調(diào)整關(guān)鍵路線上工作的持續(xù)時間,最后達到優(yōu)化總工期的目的。 4、隨著計算機技術(shù)的發(fā)展和廣泛應(yīng)用,利用計算機技術(shù)繪制圖形表達施工進度與場地布置；還可以利用成熟的計算機軟件進行網(wǎng)絡(luò)計劃的計算、繪制和優(yōu)化；充分利用計算機網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù),在項目部與各相關(guān)方之間建立施工項目管理信息系統(tǒng),以便及時對項目的進度及其他方面進行調(diào)整。因此,在高速公路施工組織設(shè)計過程中,要大力推廣和應(yīng)用計算機技術(shù),提高施工組織設(shè)計的質(zhì)量和效率。
[Abstract]:Expressway construction is an extremely complex system engineering. As the core of engineering construction management, the task of construction organization design is to work out the most reasonable construction organization method according to the characteristics of expressway, through scientific overall arrangement and systematic management, in order to make the expressway in the whole construction process. According to the objective law of technology economy, scientific and reasonable arrangement can be made, and the relative optimal management effect can be obtained. This paper first reveals the purpose and significance of the research, puts forward the main research methods, expounds the concept and function of the expressway construction organization design, the basis and principle of the construction organization design. Systematically combing the main contents of highway construction organization design; The optimization problem of expressway construction organization design is analyzed emphatically, which includes the concept of optimization, the purpose of optimization and the method of optimization. The method of compiling construction organization design is directed and applied to the actual compilation of construction organization design of a contract section of Binde Expressway in Shandong Province. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1. When compiling the expressway construction organization design, we should combine the actual highway engineering and the personnel of the construction unit, mechanical equipment, capital and other elements, according to the local conditions, to seek practical results, can not be uniform, A mere formality. 2. The purpose of high speed construction organization design is to make full use of the principle of overall planning, arrange resource input reasonably, and aim at improving efficiency and reducing cost on the premise of ensuring the implementation of the goals of time limit, quality, safety and environmental protection. 3. The compilation of expressway construction progress plan should adopt various methods, confirm each other and complement each other, but take the network plan as the main line. Through the continuous adjustment of the network plan, the key line is determined, the working procedure and the running rhythm are optimized continuously, and the duration of the work on the key route is adjusted, finally, the total duration of the project is optimized. (4) with the development and wide application of computer technology, computer technology can be used to draw graphics to express construction progress and site layout, and to use mature computer software to calculate, draw and optimize network planning. Make full use of the computer network technology to establish the construction project management information system between the project department and the relevant parties in order to adjust the progress and other aspects of the project in time. Therefore, in the process of expressway construction organization design, it is necessary to popularize and apply computer technology to improve the quality and efficiency of construction organization design.
