瀝青混合料抗擰搓松散破壞研究

【摘要】:擰搓松散破壞是由車輪對(duì)瀝青路面進(jìn)行擰搓作用而造成的路面病害,這種病害已經(jīng)較為常見,但是還處于被人們忽視的位置,被當(dāng)做水損壞、坑槽、麻面來處置。機(jī)場的飛機(jī)掉頭轉(zhuǎn)彎的路段和飛機(jī)起落的跑道路面容易發(fā)生擰搓松散破壞;城市道路主要是汽車轉(zhuǎn)彎的多發(fā)路段,包括道路交叉口、停車位出入口和立交橋的匝道曲線段,以及路面經(jīng)常積水的路段;高等級(jí)瀝青混凝土路面上需要注意的路段是長大縱坡路面和急轉(zhuǎn)彎路面。通過分析瀝青混合料擰搓松散破壞的形成原因,發(fā)現(xiàn)它受到的作用力的大小和方式有別于其它病害,主要是受到擰搓作用而發(fā)生的,這是和車轍及水損害的關(guān)鍵性不同點(diǎn)。瀝青混合料在發(fā)生擰搓松散破壞時(shí)有粘附、粘聚、碎裂三種破壞方式,但是發(fā)生的比例不一樣,粘聚破壞和碎裂破壞這兩種方式的比例居高。為了深入研究瀝青混合料的擰搓松散破壞,通過模擬車輪對(duì)瀝青路面的擰搓作用研發(fā)了擰搓松散破壞試驗(yàn)儀,并制定了相應(yīng)的試驗(yàn)方法、試驗(yàn)參數(shù),以及對(duì)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的評(píng)價(jià)方法。通過正交實(shí)驗(yàn)選定了關(guān)鍵試驗(yàn)因素的參數(shù),制定了對(duì)于OGFC、SMA、AC三種瀝青混合料的擰搓松散試驗(yàn)的試驗(yàn)參數(shù)。通過擰搓松散破壞試驗(yàn)可以分析瀝青混合料的抗擰搓松散破壞性能,結(jié)果表明擰搓松散質(zhì)量損失越高表明該混合料的抗擰搓松散破壞性能越差。通過對(duì)瀝青混合料進(jìn)行擰搓松散破壞試驗(yàn),認(rèn)為瀝青的產(chǎn)源、標(biāo)號(hào)、類型,集料的巖性,瀝青中輕組分的含量,結(jié)構(gòu)類型,施工的質(zhì)量都會(huì)對(duì)其抗擰搓松散破壞性能產(chǎn)生影響。針對(duì)瀝青混合料的抗擰搓松散破壞性能,對(duì)其配合比設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),包括適用路段、集料指標(biāo)、擰搓松散質(zhì)量損失指標(biāo)、配合比驗(yàn)證方面的可行性建議。
[Abstract]:Twisting loose damage is caused by the twisting of the asphalt pavement caused by the wheel twisting, this disease has been more common, but still in the neglected position, as water damage, pothole, hemp surface to deal with. The airport aircraft turn around the road section and the aircraft landing runway road surface is prone to twisting loose damage; Urban roads are mainly multi-turning road sections, including road intersection, parking entrance and exit and overpass ramp curve section, as well as the road surface often stagnant section; The high-grade asphalt concrete pavement should pay attention to the long vertical slope and sharp turning road surface. By analyzing the causes of the loose damage caused by twisting of asphalt mixture, it is found that the magnitude and mode of the force it is subjected to is different from that of other diseases, and it is mainly caused by twisting, which is the key difference from rutting and water damage. Asphalt mixture has three kinds of failure modes: adhesion, agglomeration and fragmentation, but the proportion of them is different. The proportion of agglutination and fragmentation is high. In order to deeply study the loose damage of asphalt mixture, a test instrument for loosening damage of asphalt pavement was developed by simulating the twisting effect of wheel on asphalt pavement, and the corresponding test method and test parameters were worked out. And the evaluation method of test results. The parameters of the key test factors were selected by orthogonal experiment, and the experimental parameters of the three kinds of OGFC,SMA,AC asphalt mixture were established. The results show that the higher the quality loss of the twisting loose, the worse the destructive energy of the asphalt mixture. It is considered that the source, grade, type, lithology of aggregate, content of light component in asphalt, structure type and construction quality of asphalt mixture will have an effect on its anti-twisting and loosely destructive ability through the test of twisting and loosening failure of asphalt mixture. Aiming at the anti-twisting loose failure performance of asphalt mixture, the design of mix ratio is improved, including applicable road section, aggregate index, loose quality loss index of twist rubbing, and feasibility suggestions on the verification of mix ratio.
