客運(yùn)索道風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)方法研究

【摘要】:客運(yùn)索道質(zhì)量的安全性、可靠性,直接關(guān)系人民群眾的生命安全。目前我國(guó)客運(yùn)索道發(fā)展速度很快,隨著新技術(shù)的發(fā)展和應(yīng)用,一旦出現(xiàn)故障或者事故,可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致?lián)p失大且社會(huì)影響惡劣的客運(yùn)索道群死群傷事件。目前對(duì)客運(yùn)索道進(jìn)行監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)和定期檢驗(yàn)是我國(guó)政府對(duì)客運(yùn)索道進(jìn)行安全監(jiān)管的重要手段。但是,客運(yùn)索道安全狀況不僅是其檢驗(yàn)時(shí)的狀態(tài),更取決于日常的管理、維護(hù)保養(yǎng)和檢查。目前,我國(guó)客運(yùn)索道監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)和定期檢驗(yàn)的結(jié)論比較剛性,只能反映檢驗(yàn)當(dāng)時(shí)的設(shè)備狀態(tài),而不能有效體現(xiàn)設(shè)備可能存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及其發(fā)展。本論文深入研究RBI技術(shù)在客運(yùn)索道風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)方法上的應(yīng)用,研究提出了客運(yùn)索道半定量和定量風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)方法,并進(jìn)行了工程示范應(yīng)用。 本論文主要研究成果如下: (1)確定客運(yùn)索道數(shù)據(jù)和資料的收集的范圍; (2)對(duì)客運(yùn)索道系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行劃分,并在此基礎(chǔ)上形成FMEA表; (3)針對(duì)客運(yùn)索道子系統(tǒng)失效模式具體失效原因,制定出半定量風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估方法; (4)在半定量分析的基礎(chǔ)上,確定二級(jí)子系統(tǒng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等級(jí),帥選高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)二級(jí)子系統(tǒng); (5)針對(duì)客運(yùn)索道高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)二級(jí)子系統(tǒng),確定定量風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估方法; (6)提出客運(yùn)索道風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理方法; 課題最終形成了客運(yùn)索道RBI風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估程序,并起草為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)草案,為客運(yùn)索道分級(jí)安全監(jiān)管提供了必要的理論和技術(shù)支撐。
[Abstract]:The safety and reliability of passenger ropeway quality are directly related to the safety of people's lives. The development of passenger ropeway in our country is very fast at present. With the development and application of new technology, once there is a fault or accident, it may lead to the mass death and injury of passenger ropeway with great loss and bad social impact. At present, the supervision and inspection of passenger ropeway is an important means for our government to supervise the safety of passenger ropeway. However, the safety condition of passenger ropeway is not only the condition of inspection, but also depends on the daily management, maintenance and inspection. At present, the conclusion of supervision inspection and periodic inspection of passenger ropeway in our country is quite rigid, which can only reflect the condition of the equipment at that time, but can not effectively reflect the risk and development of the equipment. In this paper, the application of RBI technology in passenger ropeway risk assessment is deeply studied, and the semi-quantitative and quantitative risk assessment methods of passenger ropeway are studied and applied in engineering demonstration. The main research results of this paper are as follows: (1) determine the range of data and data collection of passenger ropeway; (2) divide passenger ropeway system and form FMEA table on this basis; (3) the semi-quantitative risk assessment method is developed for the failure mode of passenger ropeway subsystem. (4) on the basis of semi-quantitative analysis, the risk grade of the second-level subsystem is determined, and the high-risk second-level subsystem is chosen, (5) the quantitative risk assessment method is determined for the passenger ropeway high-risk second-level subsystem. (6) put forward the risk management method of passenger ropeway, the subject finally formed the RBI risk assessment procedure of passenger ropeway, and drafted as the standard draft, which provided the necessary theoretical and technical support for the passenger ropeway grading safety supervision.
