【摘要】：上海港集疏運(yùn)發(fā)展面臨的問題:公路集疏運(yùn)近乎飽和,城市交通壓力較大。內(nèi)河基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施嚴(yán)重不足,水水中轉(zhuǎn)依存較大提升空間等。要完善內(nèi)河航運(yùn)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,打造水上高速公路,繼續(xù)推進(jìn)內(nèi)陸港(無水港)建設(shè),扶持內(nèi)河航運(yùn)發(fā)展,完善水水中轉(zhuǎn)體系。
[Abstract]:The problems faced by the development of Shanghai Port are that the highway transportation is almost saturated and the urban traffic pressure is great. Inland river infrastructure is seriously inadequate, water transfer depends on large lifting space and so on. It is necessary to perfect the inland navigation infrastructure, build the water highway, continue to promote the construction of inland ports (waterless ports), support the development of inland water navigation, and improve the water and water transit system.
