【摘要】：將柔性聚能切割技術(shù)應(yīng)用于大巴車玻璃切割,以滿足復(fù)雜環(huán)境下對(duì)大巴車救援的要求。針對(duì)大巴車的功能特點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)了一種大巴車玻璃爆炸切割裝置,主要從爆炸切割裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)、切割索結(jié)構(gòu)、炸藥選擇和防護(hù)裝置等方面進(jìn)行了研究。通過模擬切割試驗(yàn)、安全性試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,采用柔性聚能切割技術(shù)研制的大巴車玻璃爆炸切割裝置可以在保證車內(nèi)人員安全的條件下實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)大巴車玻璃的切割,且使用安全、方便,能夠滿足反恐突擊作戰(zhàn)要求。
[Abstract]:The flexible shaped energy cutting technology is applied to the glass cutting of bus vehicle to meet the requirements of rescue of bus vehicle in complex environment. According to the function characteristics of bus vehicle, a kind of explosive cutting device for bus car glass is designed. The structure of explosive cutting device, the structure of cutting cable, the choice of explosive and the protective device are studied. Through the simulation cutting test and safety test, the explosive cutting device of bus car glass developed by flexible shaped energy cutting technology can be used safely and conveniently under the condition of ensuring the safety of the person in the bus. Can meet the anti-terrorist assault combat requirements.
