隧道穿越松散堆積體區(qū)域管棚系統(tǒng)力學(xué)特性研究
[Abstract]:With the increase of highway mileage in our country, the scale of tunnel construction is becoming larger and larger, especially the tunnel passing through loose accumulation area. In this paper, the mechanical properties and supporting parameters of pipe shed pre-support through loose accumulative area are studied by simplified model calculation, numerical simulation with finite element analysis software and monitoring measurement during tunnel excavation. The main contents are as follows: 1. The material composition, structural characteristics, deformation characteristics and mechanical properties of loose accumulations are summarized, and the pressure of vertical distributed surrounding rock is simplified by using the limit equilibrium theory of loose medium. The corresponding formulas are derived. 2. The types of advance pre-support of tunnel are summarized. The mechanical analysis of pipe shed is carried out under the condition that the spacing between pipes and sheds can ensure the soil arched between pipes, and the formula for calculating the load transferred from overburden rock to pipe shed is deduced. According to the tunnel excavation process, the pipe shed is assumed to be a two-parameter elastic foundation beam model, and the corresponding differential equation is established to solve the problem. The mechanical characteristics of pipe-shed support considering soil arch effect are analyzed. Based on the numerical simulation analysis of different pre-supporting parameters of pipe shed in Fanjingshan No. 2 tunnel, the relationship between the design parameters of pipe shed and the total displacement of tunnel and the settlement of arch roof is analyzed, and the geological forecast ahead of construction is combined with the analysis of the relationship between the design parameters of pipe shed and the total displacement of tunnel and the settlement of arch roof. The dynamic control analysis of tunnel construction and design is carried out by monitoring and measuring during construction. According to the corresponding analysis results, some suggestions are made for the adjustment of the support parameters and supporting measures of the tunnel pipe-shed.
