軟弱圍巖隧道大變形控制技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:在已規(guī)劃和設(shè)計(jì)的隧道中,軟弱圍巖隧道越來(lái)越多,,由于現(xiàn)在對(duì)軟弱圍巖大變形產(chǎn)生的機(jī)理和變形控制在設(shè)計(jì)和施工中均沒(méi)有形成一個(gè)完整系統(tǒng)的理論體系,因此,對(duì)軟弱圍巖大變形理論、開(kāi)挖工法和支護(hù)控制措施進(jìn)行研究,解決軟弱圍巖隧道開(kāi)挖所產(chǎn)生的大變形等災(zāi)害就越顯的迫在眉睫。 本論文以迎風(fēng)隧道為工程依托,以相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)軟弱圍巖大變形概念、大變形發(fā)生機(jī)理、大變形劃分類型、大變形的界定和等級(jí)劃分進(jìn)行了總結(jié)分析。介紹了迎風(fēng)隧道地形地質(zhì)、圍巖特性、等級(jí)劃分、施工中產(chǎn)生的大變形問(wèn)題及大變形力學(xué)分析。采用巖土工程軟件FLAC3D針對(duì)該隧道特定的工程地質(zhì)條件進(jìn)行大變形模擬驗(yàn)證,并針對(duì)該隧道大變形的工程特點(diǎn)和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況,提出了兩種控制技術(shù):①隧道圍巖擴(kuò)挖控制技術(shù);②預(yù)應(yīng)力錨索支護(hù)控制技術(shù)。 隧道圍巖規(guī)律性擴(kuò)挖大變形控制技術(shù)研究:通過(guò)選取某開(kāi)挖斷面,采取0.60m、0.65m、0.70m和0.75m四種擴(kuò)挖量對(duì)隧道圍巖和擴(kuò)挖支護(hù)、初期支護(hù)應(yīng)力,以及擴(kuò)挖輪廓線、初支內(nèi)外側(cè)輪廓線上隧道不同部位豎向沉降位移、水平收斂位移模擬和對(duì)比,對(duì)該方案的可行性及合理擴(kuò)挖量進(jìn)行分析。 預(yù)應(yīng)力錨索支護(hù)控制技術(shù)研究:采用不同等級(jí)預(yù)應(yīng)力錨索對(duì)隧道加固模擬計(jì)算,對(duì)隧道圍巖、初期支護(hù)和錨索軸力、應(yīng)力,以及初支內(nèi)外側(cè)輪廓線隧道不同部位的豎向沉降位移、水平收斂位移對(duì)比,分析預(yù)應(yīng)力錨索對(duì)隧道大變形控制效果。 論文在最后對(duì)兩個(gè)控制方案的大變形控制效果做了總結(jié)和對(duì)比分析,給出有效的控制方案,即通過(guò)隧道圍巖規(guī)律性擴(kuò)挖來(lái)進(jìn)行大變形控制。并指出了隧道大變形尚未解決的問(wèn)題,即理論體系和工程實(shí)踐中控制技術(shù)中存在的難題。
[Abstract]:Among the tunnels that have been planned and designed, there are more and more soft surrounding rock tunnels. Because the mechanism and deformation control of large deformation of soft surrounding rock have not formed a complete and systematic theoretical system in design and construction, In this paper, the theory of large deformation of soft surrounding rock, excavation method and supporting control measures are studied. It is more and more urgent to solve the disasters such as large deformation caused by excavation of soft surrounding rock tunnel. Based on the engineering of windward tunnel and related literature, this paper summarizes and analyzes the concept of large deformation of soft surrounding rock, the mechanism of large deformation, the classification of large deformation, the definition and grade of large deformation. This paper introduces topographic geology, surrounding rock characteristics, classification of surrounding rock, large deformation problem and mechanical analysis of large deformation in construction of windward tunnel. The geotechnical engineering software FLAC3D is used to simulate and verify the large deformation of the tunnel's specific engineering geological conditions. According to the engineering characteristics and site conditions of the tunnel, two kinds of control techniques are put forward. 2 Prestressed anchor cable support control technology. Study on the control technology of large deformation of tunnel surrounding rock: by selecting a certain excavation section, four kinds of expanding excavations, including 0.60mL 0.65mm 0.70m and 0.75m, to the surrounding rock and support of tunnel, the initial support stress, and the contour line of the expanded excavation, are adopted. The vertical settlement displacement and horizontal convergent displacement of different parts of the tunnel on the inner and outer side contour of the primary support are simulated and compared. The feasibility of the scheme and the reasonable amount of expansion are analyzed. Study on the Control Technology of Prestressed Anchor Cable support: using different grades of Prestressed Anchorage cables to simulate the reinforcement of the tunnel, the axial force and stress of the surrounding rock, the initial support and the anchor cable of the tunnel are calculated. The vertical settlement displacement and horizontal convergent displacement of different parts of the tunnel with the inner and outer side profile of the initial support are compared and the control effect of the prestressed anchor cable on the large deformation of the tunnel is analyzed. At the end of the paper, the control effect of the two control schemes is summarized and compared, and the effective control scheme is given, that is, the large deformation control is carried out by the regular expansion and excavation of the surrounding rock of the tunnel. It also points out the unsolved problems of large deformation of tunnel, that is, the problems existing in the theory system and control technology in engineering practice.
