WRMA擊實溫度確定與路用性能研究

【摘要】:針對熱拌橡膠瀝青混合料(HRMA)良好路用性能及高施工溫度的特點,選用溫拌劑LQ-1106,采用等體積法作為溫拌橡膠瀝青混合料(WRMA)壓實效果評價指標,將與HRMA達到相同設計空隙率的溫度視為最佳擊實溫度,并在最佳擊實溫度條件下選用SMA級配研究溫拌橡膠瀝青混合料高溫穩(wěn)定性、低溫抗裂性以及水穩(wěn)定性能。試驗結果表明:WRMA壓實溫度較HRMA降低約30℃,高溫性能、低溫性能較熱拌橡膠瀝青混合料有一定提高,但水穩(wěn)定性能略有下降。該試驗結果可為溫拌橡膠瀝青混合料配合比設計和施工質量控制提供依據。
[Abstract]:In view of the good road performance and high construction temperature of hot mix rubber asphalt mixture (HRMA), the warm mix agent LQ-1106, was chosen as the evaluation index of (WRMA) compaction effect of warm rubber asphalt mixture by equal volume method. The optimum compaction temperature was considered to be the same as that of HRMA, and the SMA gradation was selected to study the high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance and water stability of warm rubber asphalt mixture under the optimum compaction temperature.
