現(xiàn)代木結構拱橋力學性能分析與試驗研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代木結構的優(yōu)越性已是有目共睹,并且在國外得到了廣泛的應用,然而在國內(nèi)卻屬于新型、稀奇結構,尤其是重型木結構實為少數(shù)。本文首先結合我國森林資源、市場需求等情況分析了現(xiàn)代木結構在我國發(fā)展的前景,認為現(xiàn)代木結構在我國的發(fā)展是可行的,同時也是必要的。其次以中南林業(yè)科技大學所建張家界現(xiàn)代木結構拱橋為依托,利用有限元軟件,計算分析了各種荷載組合下該橋力學性能及其穩(wěn)定性,探索了中國人行天橋對其適用性,同時結合靜載試驗對該橋施工質(zhì)量、承載能力力以及運營情況作了評定。然后通過改變邊界條件將原結構改為無鉸拱橋,研究了邊界條件對結構靜力性能的影響;并以邊界條件、拱肋剛度、橫向聯(lián)系布置及其剛度等因素為參數(shù),研究了該橋自振特性的參數(shù)敏感性。研究分析結果表明: (1)張家界現(xiàn)代木結構拱橋恒載相對于活載比例小,活載對該橋作用效應較明顯,結構受力和變形較為合理,各種荷載組合下穩(wěn)定性能較好;該橋依據(jù)美國現(xiàn)代木結構設計規(guī)范設計,但其強度和剛度能夠滿足我國人行天橋設計規(guī)范的要求。 (2)荷載試驗表明該橋施工質(zhì)量以及運營狀態(tài)較好,具有良好的動力特性。 (3)該橋拱肋同時承受軸力和彎矩,軸力圖和彎矩圖在拱肋與立柱連接處發(fā)生變化。軸力從拱腳到拱頂逐漸減小。縱梁彎矩及軸力在橫梁處分割成段,每段彎矩圖與簡支梁在均布荷載作用下彎矩圖相似。 (4)相對于該橋結構形式而言,無鉸拱橋在變形、受力上更為合理,使得國內(nèi)強度等級稍低的木材作為大跨度重型木結構用材成為可能,然而三鉸拱橋在材料加工、制作及其運輸與拼裝等方面占據(jù)優(yōu)勢,因此該橋最終選取三鉸拱橋的結構形式。 (5)拱肋和橫向聯(lián)系的剛度對結構自振特性影響不明顯,邊界條件和橫向聯(lián)系的布置分別對現(xiàn)代木結構拱橋面內(nèi)和面外的振動頻率與振型序列影響較為突出。
[Abstract]:The superiority of modern wood structure is obvious to all and has been widely used in foreign countries. However, it is a new and rare structure in China, especially for heavy wood structure. In this paper, the prospect of the development of modern wood structure in China is analyzed according to the situation of forest resources and market demand. It is considered that the development of modern wood structure in China is feasible and necessary at the same time. Secondly, based on the modern wooden arch bridge of Zhangjiajie built by the Central South Forestry Science and Technology University, the mechanical properties and stability of the bridge under various load combinations are calculated and analyzed by using finite element software, and the applicability of the Chinese footbridge to the bridge is explored. At the same time, combined with static load test, the construction quality, bearing capacity and operation of the bridge are evaluated. Then, by changing the boundary condition from the original structure to a hingless arch bridge, the influence of the boundary condition on the static performance of the structure is studied, and the parameters of the boundary condition, the stiffness of the arch rib, the transverse connection arrangement and the stiffness are taken as parameters. The parameter sensitivity of the bridge's natural vibration characteristics is studied. The results show that: (1) the ratio of dead load to live load of modern wooden arch bridge in Zhangjiajie is small, the effect of live load on the bridge is obvious, the force and deformation of structure are reasonable, and the stability under various load combinations is better; The bridge is designed according to the American modern timber structure design code, but its strength and stiffness can meet the requirements of the design code for the footbridge in China. (2) the load test shows that the bridge is of good construction quality and running condition. (3) the arch rib of the bridge bears both axial force and bending moment, and the axial force and bending moment diagram change at the joint of arch rib and column. The axial force gradually decreases from the arch to the vault. The bending moment and axial force of longitudinal beam are divided into sections at the crossbeam. The moment diagram of each section is similar to that of simply supported beam under uniform load. (4) compared with the structural form of the bridge, the deformation and force of the unhinged arch bridge are more reasonable. This makes it possible for domestic timber with lower strength grades to be used as materials for large-span heavy-duty timber structures. However, three-hinged arch bridges have advantages in material processing, manufacture, transportation and assembly, etc. Therefore, the structure form of three-hinged arch bridge is selected finally. (5) the stiffness of arch rib and transverse connection has no obvious influence on the natural vibration characteristics of the structure. The influence of boundary condition and transverse connection on the vibration frequency and vibration pattern sequence in and out of plane of modern wooden arch bridge is obvious.
