瀝青穩(wěn)定碎石設(shè)計(jì)方法與施工技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:雖然目前我國(guó)高等級(jí)公路基層普遍仍采用半剛性基層,但國(guó)內(nèi)的道路工作者對(duì)柔性基層的材料結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、路用性能、柔性基層的實(shí)用性等也進(jìn)行了大量的研究,且柔性材料(瀝青穩(wěn)定碎石或大粒徑瀝青混凝土)作為基層已用于多條高速公路。天津地區(qū)目前還未有柔性基層材料作為高等級(jí)公路基層的嘗試,,也未形成系統(tǒng)的柔性材料設(shè)計(jì)方法。 因此本課題針對(duì)天津地區(qū)材料,仍需采用不同成型手段(GTM、馬歇爾方法)進(jìn)行柔性基層材料對(duì)比設(shè)計(jì)和系統(tǒng)研究。主要研究了采用GTM法的瀝青碎石混合料配合比設(shè)計(jì)適用性研究以及性能驗(yàn)證,采用GTM法的密級(jí)配瀝青碎石混合料級(jí)配優(yōu)化研究以及性能驗(yàn)證。對(duì)于采用GTM法的密級(jí)配瀝青碎石混合料力學(xué)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了深入分析,最后采用GTM法的密級(jí)配瀝青碎石混合料級(jí)配優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)給出了實(shí)例驗(yàn)證分析。
[Abstract]:Although semi-rigid base is still widely used in high grade highway base in our country at present, domestic road workers have also carried out a lot of research on material structure design, road performance, practicability of flexible base, etc. Flexible materials (asphalt stabilized macadam or large-size asphalt concrete) have been used as base course for many highways. At present, there is no attempt to use flexible base material as high grade highway base in Tianjin area, and no systematic flexible material design method has been formed. Therefore, different forming methods (GTM, Marshall method) are needed to compare and study the flexible base materials in Tianjin. The applicability and performance verification of asphalt macadam mixture design using GTM method and the optimization research and performance verification of dense gradation asphalt macadam mixture with GTM method are studied. The mechanical parameters of dense graded asphalt macadam mixture using GTM method are analyzed in depth. Finally, the optimization design of gradation of dense graded asphalt macadam mixture using GTM method is verified and analyzed by an example.
