松花江CJ3橋梁施工項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理研究
[Abstract]:Under the guidance of the new policy of stimulating domestic demand and speeding up the construction of infrastructure, the scale of bridge construction has gradually increased. As a result of the progress of science and technology, the improvement of industrial level, and the rapid development of social productive forces, People put forward higher requirements for bridge construction. The quality of bridge engineering is not only related to the development of national economy, but also related to the vital interests of the people. This paper takes the quality management of CJ3 bridge construction project in Songhua River as the research object. Based on the analysis of the quality management system at home and abroad, a systematic quality management system of bridge construction project is constructed. To make it out of some misunderstandings in the current management, to a certain extent effectively improve the bridge construction project performance and safety performance, The establishment of quality management system of bridge construction project is of great practical significance to the construction of Songhua River CJ3 bridge construction project. This paper first introduces the general situation of CJ3 bridge construction project in Songhua River, clarifies the construction management organization and schedule plan, and then constructs the project quality management system. Secondly, according to the various bases of the project quality planning, the goal of the project quality planning is formulated, and the corresponding quality plan is drawn up for the project operation. Thirdly, according to the characteristics of Songhua River CJ3 bridge construction project, a complete quality assurance system of bridge construction project is constructed, which is explained from the aspects of resource assurance, technical guarantee and system guarantee of bridge construction project quality management. Finally, from the point of view of establishing and perfecting the quality control mechanism of Songhua River CJ3 bridge construction project, the quality control in the construction preparation stage and the construction process are discussed respectively. The quality control and continuous improvement control in the later stage of construction are explained in detail. Thus a complete quality management system of Songhua River CJ3 bridge construction project operation plan, guarantee, control measures, and thus promote the effective operation of the bridge construction project quality management system.
